Is there anywhere I can watch the uncut meaning all 40 eps? it’s not on YouTube and it doesn’t have English subs on channel 3’s website. Lakorn Galaxy is also down so I’m at a loss.

I found the 40 eps on BilliBilli but ep 15 of 40 is missing.

I’m just starting the new episode and I’m so evil because I’m cackling at Jiw’s death. We didn’t know the character well which is ok because he’s a man but also the portraits are taking me out 😂

Yea she said remember the good moments but there wasn’t any when he was abusing the dad and after watching 4 Elements that weekend it got me angry again. I’m not shocked though by this especially with the recent Thai news about the r*pe and incest.

I saw on X that the YouTube ep is the same as oneD but that was from a user not the official account and yes VPNs don’t seem to work and now for folks saying purchase one we know paid ones don’t either. I guess I’ll watch this week and if things get worse next week the only other option will be to pirate and GMMTV can only blame themselves for that.

This GL was almost near perfect until this episode when Lalin encouraged Arisa to forgive her abusive father and to hold on to the good memories. There were no good memories the moment that man abused her mum. He caused a lot of pain and suffering during his life and in death and I need this GL trope of forgiving abusers to stop. If you are a “good father” but abusing the mum of your child you are NOT a good father.

Exactly and we see this time and time again in GL. Like I know this is Asian culture and filial piety and GL is supposed to be a fantasy but part of the fantasy shouldn’t be forgiving abusers. I was out here rejoicing about the blood clot and folks were like let’s take care of him 🥴

I’m disappointed slightly in the ending (and this is my opinion if you want to argue do it else here). I can’t say if Lada and her mum forgave the dad but it’s implied and of course the message was be the bigger person. I feel by the end there was growth but she still has love and loyalty to a family and a man in particular that abused her and her mum physically and mentally. Her older brothers were no better even the nicer one who she invited to her wedding. He watched as a lot of things happened. My issue with GL is letting abusive family get away with their actions. Sure the dad ended up paralysed but still is getting the love he doesn’t deserve. Aside from that I enjoyed the GL.
