This needs to be released in movie theaters, just for the sake of thrill. Great action scenes, good story too. My TV screen is too small for this caliber. Not recommended watching this on cellphone.

If we put this into "film for kids" genre, I'd say that this is way better than anything from Disney especially in the past 10 years. A bit bloody (pun intended) for kids but they need to have more real-life educational content such as this one, rather than stories that don't really mean anything. And Nagano Mei is perfect for the red-blood cell role!

I wonder if this whole backstory was inspired by the 2012 movie By Rule of Crow's Thumb? I found some similarities. The movie is way darker, but I like both.

I agree. This should be re-edited into a 2-hour movie for international audience (Netflix is just fine). Just remove the product-placement scenes, there we'll have a classic action-drama movie.
