When he’s done filming Have fun show, also perform the dance show, then fly to Beijing to have fan meeting , and then back to Hengdian World Studios to film Qing Jun. I really admire the partners/wives/husband of these celebrities. It takes lots of effort, understanding to be able to stay commitment. They barely have time for their families.

There was an episode of him discussing with his little brother Ren about that. There was another episode of him discussing his science research and vision with ShiYi when they were in Bremen.
Ahh thanks for clarifying. People have discussed some lacking in the script and what could have been better. I wouldn’t want to go into details about that. It’s a pity that due Chinese censors that there are so many elements cannot be adapted : especially, the reincarnation, ZSC’s underground mafia gangster family , the gunfire battle in Bremen, etc. Other than that, The Prequel and Sequel can just be combined in One and we would have a better plot and script.. One and Only was also directed by a more experienced director compared to a newbie in Forever and Ever.m
It stays true to the book minus a small change, everything every little details lay out in the book for the story to reveal at the end so does the drama.
Yes, there is plot underneath ( the accident in Bremen also) it will slowly reveal. So when people complained there is no plot, I just hope they stick to the drama till the end…
I really don’t want to spoil but because you ask so .. It was her that intentionally cause ShiYi falling into the water. It was also her that put poison into ShiYi food/ drinks that causing ShiYi having appendicitis.
She intentionally hurted ShiYi but at the same time she feels guilty so she hurted her herself. On the night ShiYi got appendicitis and all by herself struggling( poor ShiYi), Wenxing condition got worse because she did that herself.
She did that selfishly because she doesn’t want her brothers to get into the fight. She wanted ZSC to leave the house so there won’t be conflict between the two brothers which she successfully the second time. ZSC had to take ShiYi to Shang Hai to take care of her. ZSC knew that there was someone but he didn’t know it was her sister whom he love would do that to the person he love. Her character makes me feel utterly disgusted because on the surface she was so nice to ShiYi and so but she betrayed both her brother and ‘s trust.
Exactly!!! In the book I felt he was awkward too….people stop blaming Allen for his boring character…and saying…
When my husband and I first met after long distance relationship, carrying my purse was the first thing he did for me and I still remember how awkward he was, (his eyes, his body languages, lolzz) that’s why I can feel related to ZSC and Shiyi.
