I'm watching it for SWL, but the female character really got on my nerves. I don't see anything smart or clever in her; she's just a stupid, spoiled brat who jumps to conclusions quickly! I have to skip a lot of her parts. She is one of the most annoying female leads so far.

Yes, I found some dramas really deserve better ratings, so I told myself that if there is a drama with an actor or actress I like, I will judge it for myself.

Title Love for You
It is a beautiful drama in every aspect: cinematography, visuals, chemistry, adaptation script, and storytelling. If you don't watch it, you're missing out.

There will be some frustration for some of you (episodes 22-24), but that is the intention to resolve the conflict of two love birds who have different views when it comes to Love
From the beginning, to Chen Yi: Love for you means: I would do everything for you, even if I have to push you away so you can be safe and happy!

To Miao Jing: Love for you means "You and I will be happy and stay together forever".
Their different views show the entire drama and climax in the wedding of Chen Yi's friend.
Miao Jing's view of love never changes, but she wants Chen Yi to learn how to love.

In the end, the cold and aloof Miao Jing, who never shed her tears even when her mom left her, burst out crying when Chen Yi said: " We will be opening a small store; you work daytime, and I work nighttime... "She finally has Chen Yi, who will be with her forever!

This drama is not for someone who loves fast pace, but for someone who slows down, enjoys micro-detail storytelling, and is not afraid of conflict.

Any news on his upcoming project? I almost finished most of his dramas, so what am
I going to do? I prefer him to collaborate again with Wen Qi (his co-star in The Bionic Life). They looked so cute together at an event where he snapped his fingers to get her attention. 😂 They are both Gucci ambassadors too. Wen Qi is also a very talented actress. Drama God, please make this happen.

Title Love for You
They are less impatient and less empathetic toward Miao Jing's character. However, I understand their perspective.…
Deliberately provoking jealousy in someone with PTSD isn’t a recognized way to help anyone “wake up” emotionally. Jealousy plays on insecurity and fear of loss — it can look like engagement, but it’s stress activation, not healing. For someone already dealing with trauma responses, repeatedly triggering that stress response tends to reinforce hypervigilance and mistrust rather than resolve it. “Giving someone a reason to get up” works when it comes from safety, consistency, and support — not from manufactured emotional threat.

So dramatically, if Miao Jing actually understands what Chen Yi is going through, having her lean into scenes with the second male lead to “motivate” him reads less like her being clever and more like the writers reaching for cheap conflict. It’s a common trope: manufacture a love triangle for tension, then retrofit a therapeutic-sounding justification for why the female lead’s behavior isn’t just careless. But “waiting for him” and “repeatedly triggering his jealousy” are pretty much opposites — you can’t claim patience as the emotional throughline and also use provocation as the engine of the plot. That’s the writing wanting it both ways.

You forgot one thing: after episode 17, Miao Jing clearly knows Chen Yi is struggling with his PTSD. THAT IS A REAL MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE. HE ASKED HER TO WAIT FOR HIM, didn't he? But the script handled the resolution poorly; instead of having Miao Jing be patient, they constantly film unnecessary scenes of the SML and Miao Jing being close, which triggers Chen Yi's jealousy. I DO NOT THINK THAT'S FUNNY, AND I BELIEVE PEOPLE CAN GET FRUSTRATED!

They are less impatient and less empathetic toward Miao Jing's character. However, I understand their perspective. The story would improve if it had fewer scenes of Cen Yi/Chen Yi's jealousy and instead focused on showing Miao Jing's life over the six years without Chen Yi. This would help viewers understand and sympathize more with Miao Jing.

I think I'm lucky that a reel showing up on my feed basically spoils part of the important “ending” of the drama. It's pretty intense, but it proves the point the story has tried to tell us: Miao Jing has been telling Chen Yi: I do not need you to protect me; I can protect you too. If you want to see it, then click on the link.

💕💕, cheers and happy watching

For real, I work in the medical field, and when there is an audit from CMS or the Board agent comes to visit, we sweat our “sh””out trying to make sure they have everything they need.

Title Love for You
Right, it would be more weird if Miao Jing did NOT date at all during college. As an attractive girl she’d be…
And her having exes explaining perfectly fine the timeline of why she returned after 6 years. Because she knows, even with how many exes she has, no one can compare to Chen Yi. Even the boss named Cen Yi, she saved his contact as CY because it reminded her of Chen Yi. That's why she decided to return to him, to take him away with her, to be with him.
She knows without him, she will never have a “home”
This girl is so brave and resilient like her title “bone”.
They are perfect for each other!

He is planning to take Zhang Bin down and it will cost him. He does not want Miao Jing to be in danger.
I think it is good that when he is on the brink of life and death, he will eventually confess his love to her. So far, everyone knows he loves her, but his past and insecurities always hindered him from moving forward and expressing his love. Remember, he never said "He loves her" to Miao Jing, and I definitely believe Miao Jing has been longing for that. You can see her yearning eyes when she watched the play in episode 18 and the man confessed his love to his girlfriend in front of others. That's the main purpose!

The comment section is a mess 🫣. Even Chen Yi doesn't care about how many exes she had; he was just jealous because the exes knew more about her life than he did over the past six years. Chen Yi is a green flag; he is a wild dog to others but always a puppy to Miao Jing. Miao Jing has always been cold and aloof to everyone except Chen Yi.
This love is so beautiful, and some of you still argue about the exes she has? Ridiculous!
