My comfort series.... I miss them
I personally love bl c-drama's, but sadly, most of the Bl once are heavily censored, idols can't meet each other, have to be discontinued or in the worst cases, the idols can't act anymore. For me Chinese is really comforting to hear and it makes me feel safe. When I started watching this series, I was honestly afraid that it was gonna be discontinued or censored. But luckily, only the ending did, as I heard... I'm not sure.Anyways I love the whole story, the music and especially Zi yu's acting. My favourite animals are snakes, through watching the series I loved seeing the snakes all the time. I don't know why, but this has really become my comfort series. In real life, I see references everywhere, It's like I think about it 24/7.
Aside from that, I'm a huge fan of Zi yu, I just love him. I loved his acting.. but his music... AMAZING. I'm happy this series made him more popular, and the thing is, not only his most popular songs are good, he has a huge amount of good underrated songs, deffo check that out!

Not just porn without plot.
I haven't watched a lot of Taiwanese series. I wasn't sure if this series was gonna be something for me especially since I'm asexual and only watched like 3 Taiwanese series in my entire live. As an Asexual I do not usual feel disgusted with sexual topics, not did I feel disgust with this series. This series was so good, it wasn't just porn without a plot, there wasn't even super much nc scenes. I definitely underestimated what it would be about, but mainly due to the description.I love how there's 4 couples in this series and how I equally loved them, which is rare for me. They all have failed sex and romance lives and I love how they are related to each other to end up with almost the same conclusion. AI and Ping Ke are so fucking cute together. Ping Ke genuinely loved Chu Ai but I feel like AI just didn't know what to do with those feelings. I get both sides. Chu is in the beginning not interested in Ping but Ping is in her. So basically unrequited love. Chu Wei and Shieh clearly have a strained relationship. I felt bad for both of them. The mom and dad also had a bit of a strained relationship, but also a misunderstanding.
I feel like out of all of the characters the story line that was extremely unclear to me was the one of Yu Sen. It was hard for me to understand even though I'm gay because it's so fucking layered. For the other members of the family their problems are clear but Yu Sen is a pretty quiet and less open person. That Henry guy seemed ok but there was some clear unbalance between the two. I liked Lee Yueh and he seemed to be a very sweet boyfriend and guy to Yu Sen. Actually to be very honest I did not trust him at first.
I love how you notice the different stages in life. You have the younger couple, Ai and Ping Ke and you can notice their parental struggle and how Ai seems to struggle understanding romantic relationships. Ping Ke also has a lot of troubles with his mom and he (to my opinion) looks like he doesn't know what to do with himself. Then you have the gays, who struggle coming out and gambling and more, their age wasn't super important but I think they were begin 30s. Then you have Wei and Shieh who are already married but their relationship gets strained, because of work and stress. Also very pushed to get children they don't want, which to my opinion also strained their relationship further. And then finally the mom and the dad who had a good relationship but everything kinda went wrong after the situation with the job (to avoid minor spoilers I'll call it job).
Love the cool intro with the design and very smooth scenes and editing work.. I loved how it kept me locked in for hours. I did have to skip some scenes cuz yeah I got to uncomfortable, but those were the scenes with heavily moaning in it, which I really dislike. I'm also a big fan of the lightning they use in multiple scenes. Everything looks so good due to it.
I love how the series also kinda mentioned that Sex should be more normalised to talk about and not just in a joking matter. I 100% agree on that although they were super open to it to their family. I'm not so sure about Taiwan but in my country talking about sexual stuff with your family is seen as a 'weird' and 'uncomfortable' thing from both parents and their childrens side. Actual serious talk about SA not just jokes about it. I really liked that also happy to finally see some male SA representation, since it is rare to see it being done in a normal way and not in a joking matter. I also like how they actually showed what emotion Chieh was experiencing after and he clearly didn't give consent to it. This series is also very educational over sex.
Overall a really good series, I definitely suggest this and it's just very in depth and interesting. I love how you have 4-5 storylines to follow so if one of the relationships doesn't sound like your thing you always have another one you can focus on. This series is not just about sex, although it does play a big part of it. This series is not for everyone, but if you think this sounds fun, I do suggest it.

Not what you expect.
I like emotional series BUT I never feel like watching them. I only feel like watching something emotional every like 5 months. This series has been on my watchlist for what feels like a decade now. I finally got myself together and decided to watch this series. I haven't realllyyy seen a lot of JimmySea series and I do plan on watching more of them since I think they're overall really good actors. I'm gonna be very honest right here, when I started this series I had not even read the summary. I like being surprised.Let's start with the representation of disabled people. As someone that has hidden disabilities I feel like this show portrayed disabilities extremely well. The way they showed the emotional side Day had when he learned he wasn't able to see anymore to losing his sport. The way Mhok was able to lead and make everything easier for Day really made my day. It was so sweet how Mhok understood his fears, even if Mhok was able to see. It really seemed like Mhok did research which, from what I remember, wasn't really shown in the series. I just love how Mhok tries to understand Day as much as possible. Mhok seems like a person who can come up with solutions to everything. I love how he casually shows things like audio books to Day and shows Day he can enjoy books and films like a 'normal person', just in a different way.
Amazing relationship build up, and I mean it. In the beginning it kinda felt like it was slow burn, but that didn't matter. The small touches, 'dates' and hand placements all show the affection between Mhok and Day without needing reassurance of their feelings, until August came in. I get the lingering feelings Day and August still had going on but I felt soooo bad for Mhok. Mhok did everything for Day just for August to exist and be Day's interest. I really liked that they added August since it shows how Mhok actually thinks about Day and not just a random realisation.
One thing that lacked was Mhok's side especially his feelings about his sister and the jail stuff. I feel like Mhok decided to take care of Day aswell because of his sister. He must've felt extremely lonely without her. About the sister were only like 2-4 scene's and Mhok never expressed a lot about her. Aside from that, it was super clear that Mhok had been in jail but after a while it started to feel like they kept pushing it as an reminder without really showing how Mhok felt during the time he got send to jail.
The amount of comfort this series has given me is not explainable. I was sooo into it. Even though I was really locked in and very focused on this series, I will be honest, it wasn't suspecting this type go emotional. I kept thinking horrible things would happen and tried not to attach myself to either Day and Mhok, which obviously failed. I thought things like: "what if Day dies" because online I read people being emotional about this series. Yet, aside from no 'super terrible' things happening, I still cried at some scene's. The super romantic tension between Day and Mhok was genuinely so beautiful I wanted to cry.
I'm gonna be very honest right here but I never cared about Phojai and I'm sorry for it. Phojai's story was confusing to me and it felt like fillers. I feel really bad for her but I was just super confused about her through the series. Her character added unnecessary drama. Night and Phojai also barely had any interactions and their whole romance was off. I loved how caring Phojai was though, it's just sad that she always got used as, what felt like, excuses and fillers. "Guys we need some more drama can we add Phojai in it?", that's how it felt. That doesn't mean I hate her, she's a sweetheart but yeah.
This was definitely worth staying up till 5 am for. The ending wasn't the best one I have seen so far and in my opinion they didn't need this 'good ending'. They could've just let Day be blind his whole life.

That one comfort show with 0 comfort.
This has been on my watchlist for a long time and I was kinda talking myself out of it each time I was about to start it. I was afraid this genre isn't my type, since I usually get really confused watching hospital and police drama's, I was quite curious about MaxTul since I haven't seen anything with them together till this series. I only followed Tul a lot given his engagement with Mew. I liked how they explained medical terms. Like I mentioned, I was afraid I wouldn't understand but it was quite alright. Usually with Hollywood they make everything wayyyy too complicated. What I love about Thai drama's is how they're so easy to understand when it comes to topics like politics, police and business. It was fun to watch a new acting couple and genuinely not knowing exactly who Max was, so I didn't know who the love interest would be when I started this show. It was funny how I hated him at first as a character and I honestly thought Dr.Bun would end up with inspector M. After I finished it right now I'm laughing like crazy about me thinking this. I do rlly like inspector M though!!
I'm gonna be very honest, the only downgrade of this show was the editing. I'm usually not that focused on editing even if I'm a film student who mostly edits. But I noticed a few compositions I REALLY hate and kinda distracted me, I'm probably a bit too alert on it but I genuinely can't stand it. Especially with flashbacks. The way they move feels very unrealistic and then it should've.
Nobody listening to fucking Dr.Bun irritates me. He is clearly right but they are ignoring every single evidence. I already found a lot of the police suspicious but I can't believe I also thought Inspector M was suspicious. Also them trying to frame and erase everything just got me on guard. Genuinely one of the most stupid police I've ever seen in a series, I'm sorry M but this includes you...
This will maybe be a bit of a weird comment, especially since I'm asexual. But the Nc scenes were SO good, the emotion and the acting. In my opinion it's one of the hardest things to make and they did this just.. so well. I feel like this is one of the best series I've watched when it comes to acting. Definitely planning on watching other series from both actors. I'm not a person that is tooo much into shipping culture + Tul is already engaged so I don't rlly feel the need to see MaxTul together. I am curious though about their other series.
I love how I used to find Tan suspicious but after like episode 10 he started being more and more trustable, the build up was amazing, I almost didn't notice my feeling about him shifting through the series. If I was Dr.Bun I wouldn't have trusted Tan enough to the point of eventually living with him.
They are like those comfort teachers but in a different job. Fathers keeping everyone safe. I love how basically every teen in this story trusted them and I kinda expected the end with them adopting one of them but I guess not. Well, you don't have to be family to feel the same relation as you do with family. This is also mainly why this is such a comfort series to me.
I'm watching Triangle after this and really excited what that exactly is about. Very good series.

Different than I expected
I'm not sure why I never chose to watch this even if this series has been in my list for a long time and I'm a big Narawin. I wanted something emotional so I decided to choose this one and from the description itself it did sound like an emotional series soooo. I have to say tha after watching this series it might've become on of those "comfort series without comfort". I really feel bad about missing out this fucking banger and poor homophobes, they don't get to see masterpieces like these very often. It was soooo weird watching this as an 18 yeasr old and Phuwin playing 18 years old, since's he's obviously 19-20 years old. He looked way to mature playing a 18 year old. I had to laugh a bit because in the very first scene Phuwin REALLY reminds me of Wilhelm from the Swedish BL Young Royals.
I understand Nuengdiao's mom might've been in shock from her husband dying and very overprotective. She genuinely seems like a sweet woman but one small thing after he died irritated me. She was so fucking stern. I was really surprised when Nueng came out to her and she just casually accepted it. I was totally wrong about Nueng's mom. Palm's dad irritated me actually and I disliked him worse than Nueng's mom. He kept leaving his own kid out of everything even if Nueng clearly said certain things were okay, like driving to school with him. Only later on, of course, I started to get his dad more and more.
The difference between Palm and Nuengdiao being treated is super big, and through the whole series they really highlight this, till the last scene. Nueng is clearly always seen as the 'rich kid' who people hate on because he has money. They try to scam him or are simply jealous. At the whole school it didn't make a lot of sense to me, but it was mentioned Nueng was bullied before aswell, it wasn't new. I don't understand why his mom or the principal never did something about it, but you can clearly notice the bullying being after class so no teachers would notice.
I'm gonna be sooo honest, I forgot about ChimonPerth. And I have to admit, I secretly kinda shipping Nueng and Ben... SHHH. They were kinda cute together and I'm gonna be honest, I feel bad for Ben. Ben clearly had feelings for Nueng since the beginning and you can see the conflict in emotions Nueng has between choosing. He clearly has an eye for Palm butttt he does not refuse Ben specifically. I might feel even worse for Chopper though because bro is genuinely in an unrequited love situation. Poor Ben and Chopper bro.
Respectfully I do NOT like Nuengdiao. I know some people might not like this but hear me out. I grew up extremely poor and kept REALLY understanding Palm's side of the story but because of that I wasn't really looking at Nueng wth a neutral eye. I also didn't like how he kept causing all of the fights and how he broke up w my poor Palm. I get that Nuang has clear depression but I get depression from seeing another fucking fight on my screen.
A bit technical, I'm in fucking love with the colour grading and effects they've used through the whole show. AND I am for sure trying out Roti Sai Mai lmaoo. Actually originally I thought they were talking about Surinamese roti with cotton candy and I was like "huh who would do that?" and then realised they were talking about Roti Sai Mai.

My absolute guilty pleasure
I looked through the reviews after watching all episodes and I'm honestly surprised about the amount of hate on this series. I mean you don't have to like the series of course, everyone's taste is different. However, you can notice some of this hate coming specifically because it's OhmLeng and not OhmNanon. Kinda sad people aren't giving it a try purely because of the ACTORS.The reason I choose to watch it is because the plot sounded really interesting. I do have to say the whole series is VERY different than the description given on sites. I thought the vibes would be a bit a bit more 'crime' ish but it's more like superrrr romantic and cute. It's still serious, but you forget about it.
I fucking love seeing Ohm Thipakorn playing the little brother, he always pulls off the younger brother character so good. I love his role in this series aswell. Just the goofy shipper sibling who does have an emotional side. He can be serious about his family aswell you know?? I loved him in dare you to death aswell and I really hope he'll play more of these roles, it really suits him.
Not gonna lie after watching it, I was still confused why Min had to kidnap Harit/Q (aside for the money). It had to do with his father etc but to be very honest the whole father plot from Q was really confusing and in my opinion didn't need to be this complicated.
The taking care off love language is so adorable and well played. Min can be wayyy to overprotective aswell and it luckily shows the toxic part of that aswell. I love how Min is such a sweet person even if his actions are stupid sometimes. I also love how they lived together and how Min was basically the mother of the house. I feel like he is a super big comfort character to me. He's just so careful. And he cared so much about Q aswell.
One small thin, the whole"poor" but they got a huge house. AND EVEN A PRIVATE GYM BFFR. Even if their house is being sold it's insane how big it is and their second house aswell.
What people also complain about is the series forgetting the plot, which I hafely agree with. Yes, it's a a series about a 'kidnapping' but the whole point is that it takes place after the kidnapping. I am sad they keep forgetting the whole gang following them sort of everywhere.
A big recommend. Genuinely watch it to shape your own opinion but I call this a masterpiece that is ACTUALLY underrated.

Gender dysphoria, cross dressing and internalized homophobia
(SA mentioned!!)I LOVED this series, and I mean with my whole heart. Genuinely one of my comfort series. I never expected to like this so much and that has one big reason, the fucked and lacking representation a lot of Japanese or Asian drama's have on transgenders and anyone falling under the trans umbrella. And recently I have rarely rated a movie or series a 10/10 aswell. Decided to watch it mainly because I like short series, with short episode. I feel like I can really relate to this series as a female looking guy, I'm always judged. I love how it's filmed and edited in the typical 2000s-1990s Japanese style.
I love how they added internalised homophobia, however, I'm not a fan of the bullying scenes. They were heavily needed through this whole series but I can't believe Futoshi was okay and accepted the apologies so fast. I did have to laugh extremely much at the them catching the guy who is homophobic use their lipstick lmaooo.
I was kinda confused until the last few episodes, does Futoshi just like cross dressing? Is she a Trans girl? Or maybe just body dysphoria? Through the show I notice they are just experiencing with gender a lot, but it clear there's also some dysphoria. I doubt they identified as a girl but definitely liked being treated like one. (I'm calling Futoshi them.) No matter what Futoshi actually identified as, the representation was extremely well and without clearly having dysphoria scenes there it was very obvious those feeling were involved.
Another extremely well done part in the series. Often, SA is portrayed wrong and as a victim it really sucks to see characters forget about the SA the next day. Again, especially in Asian and American series the SA scene's are often easily pushed into a series to create some trauma. But in this series it was super accurate and I'm really happy about that. I'm gonna be honest I didn't think weird of that teacher at first until he made fun of them in front of the class with the spanking. I still trusted him and then was quite surprised when he actually did so. I love how they made me trust him at first, showing how wrong you can be about someone.
I heard people mention the ending is very different in the. manga and now I'm hyped to read the manga aswell. In my opinion the ending was quite lacking and it was nice but could be nicer. I was also kinda confused who Futoshi ended up with but that's my fault for watching this at 12am.
I'm a trans person aswell, I'm not open about this and I let people figure my gender themselves hoping they'll get it right. It's very exhausting but I don't exactly feel comfortable saying I'm trans in my class since I feel like they are already talking behind my back. I feel like I can relate soooo much to Futoshi.

Uhm... sure
Overall, I thought it's reallyyy cute and I didn't really know what to expect since I just casually chose something on my list. I like this show, like I said it's really cute but uhhh. I love the intro, it's really cute and the overall aesthetic is super cute aswell. Anyways, I'm really curious what I'm gonna think of season 2 because I'm not sure what to expect. It's giving Kdrama vibes with the silent moments and I wouldn't be surprised if they took some inspiration from it.I already read Minato Shouji Coin Laundry the manga before and I used to really like it. A lot of times when series get adapted from VERY popular manga's it's kinda upsetting because I might have to high of expectations. What I loved though is that the episodes are short. As someone who binge watches Bl it's perfect to watch in a night. The first episode really goes well with the weather of today in my country,
Next thing, the reason why I'm not sure what to think of it. I'm gonna be honest right here, but I do NOT like the whole age gap thing in this series. It's weird and I just don't like it. "But he turned 18". A 17 year old was hitting on a 27 yr old before he turned 18 hun. And then the 'wet' dream and the "What am I saying, he's just a minor" thing adds to the weirdness. And it was like reverse grooming? Like a 30ish year old man getting flirted on by a 17 yr old? What made it worse was Katsuki being saved by Minato when he was 7 years old. Victim gets groomed by teacher so the victim grooms to another person back.
You can obviously notice that Minato was groomed by his teacher. "But his teacher didn't like him" we don't know AND he was clearly flirting or creating a bond that is a bit weird with a student. I don't understand why sooo many Japanese drama's/manga's do this. It irritates me and it's definitely not the first time they add some grooming to the drama.

Extremely underrated
I don't often watch Kdrama's. Barely ever since the plot often bores me. But sometimes you just randomly decide to watch whatever comes across your Netflix page. This series has a special place in my heart. The clients coming over was sooo funny, adorable but also very emotional. I feel like I can relate to Sin I Rang quite much. What I love about Sin I Rang is that he can understand the emotions of the ghost who come to his office extremely well. At first he was quite took back but after some time he showed real dedication in helping his ghost clients. Also I really loved it when he was around Yun Si Ho, Han So Hyeon and Kim Su-a. It was adorable to see the interactions he had with them.
I didn't like Han Na Hyeon at first, she was to stern and I just don't like her personality. This show did a great job at turning my opinions because I slowly started to love Hyeon. Her character makes a lot of sense and all her actions are related to her backstory and I litterly fell in love with her I totally get you Shin.
I don't understand office language that well, but everything was explained so well. It wasn't very complicated to understand what was going on especially since the ghost clients weren't really there for lawsuits but rather finding out what happened to them and very physiologic.
What I always love is found family, for me the niece and brother in law really felt like found family. Also the priest was soo understanding and soft with his actions. I loved them all and they added a little more love for this series for me. The niece was so cute coupling Shin I rang and Han Na Hyeon together.
The actors are extremely fit for the role aswell, like it doesn't feel like they're just playing but it feels incredibly real. But maybe I consumed to much low quality Thai series.
However, just like other reviews I agree that it was really expecting what was gonna happen. Like it was sooo obvious Han Na was gonna meet her sister and as final Shin I rang his dad. I do reallyyy like the cute endinggg. As someone that doesn't often enjoy Kdrama I will be honest, this series is sooo good and I might wanna watch series like this in the future.

Rewatched 5 times after it aired
Years ago, when this started airing I watched it while it was airing and at the time, bl's were still really upcoming. After it, this series has became a comfort series of mine. Even if many stuff is outdated like gay people not being able to get married or jokes and behaviour that are considered pretty cringe these days. One of my absolute favourite things about dmd is that music is peak, and we trust Nunew for sure. I love his voice and the OST might be one of my all time favourite songs. I can genuinely listen to ไอ้คนน่ารัก for 3 hours on repeat without getting bored of it.
It's zeenunew's first series and that makes it even cuter to my opinion. Nunew being a fan of Zee and ending up as one of the most successful pairs is insane in my opinion. I remember Zee being in Why are you paired with Saint. One of the things I do have to mention though is that I'm absolutely sick and tired of Dmd having Nunew play a role as someone who lived in the UK?? I'm rlly tired of this but Ig I have to blame newer series and not his first 'uk student' one (aka cutie pie).
When it was airing I couldn't stand Kuea at all, which I don't get at all?? Like I absolutely love Kuea nowadays. I was probably tired of his 'cute' behaviour but the whole point of the series is that he acts different than who he actually is. The tops acting mysterious and nonchalant around their fiancé's is the funniest thing ever. I love how they do a lot of their actions on purpose. Like Kilen teasing Kuea for nooo ass reason and Kuea taking it very personal.
A small detail I love is that Kuea calls Lian 'Hia', if you don't know why just search it up but it has to do with Thai/Chinese people. Can we talk about the friendship between Kuea and Thacha?? I feel like it used to be more common for Thai bl series to add 2 main best friends who had love interests who were also friends but maybe it's just me. Anyways, their friendship is adorable and I love how they know each others limits. Tbh reminds me of one of my best friends, just waiting for my future bf to arrive bro.
Kuea's friend group in general, talking about his fellow classmates, is like a safe space bro. No matter how many times I watched Cutie Pie, they stay soooo comforting. I also fell in love with TutorYim because of this series. At first you expect Nuer to have a crush on Kuea but whether or not he actually did, idk man. I love Nuer with Syn. Their characters are sooo cute together and one of the first pairs that I mainly loved. Sinsamoe being Buddhistic is hilarious and as a Buddhistic person it's not offensive at all. I think he's sooo cute.
You know the series is gonna be good when Perth Nakhun is a side character!! Loved gemini/jay for lowkey helping everyone from everyone's side. And I love how he was basically body guarding Kuea and sometimes Khondiao aswell. He was so funny but brought the characters, especially Kuea to realisations. Which I rllyyyy liked about Jay.
The more I watch this series how more I understand Kilen. Like he was not interested in Kuea or at least didn't show it at first BUT the more Kuea showed himself the more in love he became. I kinda hated episode 11 for having Kuea deny the proposal because even though I do get Kuea for refusing since he didn't trust Kilen I do also think he should've thought a bit more in dept about the situation if it's just me.
One of the Bl I genuinely suggest to beginners, 100% that I'll keep rewatching it every 2/3 years.

Before I write this review I wanna mention that I don't support Joss. This is a personal decision. I don't care if you do support him or not but I do wanna let you guys know I don't, although this does not change the way I see the series. Neo and Aj are in this series so that makes it way better and I also like Gawin. This review is made after watching it a second time btw!!What I like about Neo and Aj is that their characters are always these type's and I love it. Neo's characters is always chaotic and 'stupid' which I loveeeee about Neo and Aj (and his twin JJ aswell) are always these chaotic by standing characters who just want love and third wheel. I feel soooo bad for Tonkla and fucking Tong was NOT nice to him. Like yes he liked him but Tong was way too busy with his own stuff. I feel like Tonkla and Nankan would've been a couple if.. yk.
To be very honest I do not like miss Nuan atall. She was nice and her actions weren't that bad but like she still didn't treat Tong the same way as the others and it clearly affected Tong.
The fx effects were good but the 3d art was horrible, like the spider and the butterfly. Did gmmtv not have the budget? Was it done with a reason? STOP THE GUITAR SCENE'S IM SICK OF THEM!!!
Had to laugh because I recognise the house hahahah (from love in the air and some other series). Tong did not need to ignore Mark so much. It was quite confusing why he kept having feelings on and off. Like it genuinely irritated me. Never did I fully trust Thara, she was acting sooo Sus
Them adopting kids is so cute wish they had given us more content of it. Anyways 1

Amazing bl
This is my second rewatch, I'm currently reviewing a lot of stuff I've seen some time ago. Ok where do I begin the OST is super peak and one of my fav OST's, the music in general AAAH. I love it.I love the roles of Gene and Nubsib. Gene's role as introverted person reallyyyy suits the story and it's acted so realistically. Also Nubsib has amazing acting. I find it kinda sad this is their only work out there. I love how they also had that bad engineer thingy. It reminded me of my engineer and they clearly put a lot of effort in it. I FUCKING HATE AEY, yes I felt bad for him sometimes but most of the times he came on the screen he just made me wanna trow my laptop around the fucking room.
The whole industry was so realistic aswell and I'm happy they showed the good and bad sides of the bl industry. It also shows how lgbtq is actually treated within the industry including the unnecessary NSFW scene's that Gene was forced to write. I fucking love how much consent there is between Gene and Nubsib. To be very honest, Nubsibs's character didn't really stick with me since some of the romance (like first meet) seemed a little of the top especially from his side.
One of things with this drama is, is that you just need to be the target audience. I don't know how to explain it but I think you need just give it a go and see what you think about it. I personally love this bl extremely much.

Sometimes you have to listen to your friends.
My friend doesn't like gmmtv or bl's at all, but I do and he supports that. I didn't know what to watch and let him look at a list of drama's so he could chose my next to watch. He chose this series, best decision I've ever let him make hahhhaha.Anyways over to the series. One of my favourite actor pairs of all times is DaouOffroad, I've watched all their series and honestly all of their series are in my favs list. Anyways as a buddhistic person this series is just amazing and I just love these type of series. Ofcourse, I'm writing this review after rewatching since that's how most of my reviews work.
Some series add way to many unnecessary scene's when it comes to these type of series. Luckily, they spread the scene's in the past extremely well and we didn't have recap of yearsss over multiple episodes. It was quick but the message came over. It reminds me of the Thai sentence: จับปลาสองมือ. This means trying to do two things at once, which usually fails. Like using past and present to much at the same time.
One thing I wish they had changed was the amount of random plots that feel like fillers. Vee stealing the stone was so stupid and I got second hand embarrassment of it. I get his grandma was about to die and everything but his first instinct was to steal the stone?? CMON VEE
San and Vee are such cuties omg. I love San slowly falling in love and Vee just being all over him. It was kinda hurting me how San slept with Vee but then kept being really harsh to him at first. But as soon as he fell in love swell they had the most healthiest relationship ever.

Big fan of LYKN and this series in specific !!
Never realised I didn't write a review on this series. I rewatched ThamePo like 3 times now and I've been a big fan of LYKN for quite some time. I rarely rate a series this high for everything. Overal a 10 and the music, acting/cast, music and story rank super high for me. The only smalll thing I dislike are parts in the plot. (I'm used to call them by their irl names or stage names so sorry if I accidentally use their real/stage names in this review)Let's start from the beginning. Po being rejected for a job because his reasoning is weak and personally I just don't get this scene even after watching this 3 times. Po seems way to open about his personal life, but this also shows later on in the series how he changed the part of him opening up to much.
Over to one of my favourite parts: THE GRAPHIC DESIGN. I'm in love with Po's graphic design and LYKN's posters and photoshoots in general (apart from this series). I know Est didn't make it himself but I'm just obsessed with GMMTHEEV's designs. Looks soooo good.
The first time watching this I kinda thought of Baifern as a Sasaeng but getting further into this series I realised she isn't really a Sasaeng and she really did want the best for Po. I'm also ALWAYS happy to see Sammy play in series, her role is always nice and she just lightens up the mood.
The whole plot feels really unrealistic to me but that's quite normal when watching bl's, otherwise it'll be to regular to my opinion. The reason for their disbandment never really made sense to me and I feel like it was only mentioned twice(?). Po's patience is amazing I would get sooo annoyed with Thame tbh...
The side couple ahahahaha, I love them sooo much.
One of my favourite genre's of bl is soft love and I just love their relationship development although I rlly hated Jun at some point for hiding my boys back from liking each other.

MY FAV BL
Some might call it cringy, but that makes it good. Okay so I found out about this bl because I was obsessed with the proposal song... I swear I listen to it daily. okay so first off, Kongdech was soooo funny, the way he kept chasing Henggg, I kinda felt bad for Heng because Kongdech kinda put him in a situation where he wasn't able to say no. Also even if I kinda hated Heng, I think it made it even funnier for me.Also congrats to both Earthmix to another amazing acted series, holy moly. Anyhow, I kept laughing, even at serious moments just because of how funny it was. My mom even checked up on me when I was wheezing like an idiot. ALSO THE MUSIC?! HELLO??? It's soooo good, I was also surprised to see Nanon In here. Guys the music is for real my favourite part of this series, it's also soooo underrated!!
I was also suprised to see Firstkhao in here and Drakkeee Sattabut omgg. I'm obsessed with this bl, it'll prolly stay stuck in my head for months now. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE PROPOSAL SCENE?! If my future husband doesn't propose like that it's oveer!!!! (jk)
