Is this going to be a "comedy"? Like where they think filming someone sitting on a toilet or talking about diarrhea or having silly sound effects will be viewed as comedic gold? I mean, at least they're out of school so that's something.
Absolutely adored this!! This family is just beautiful!
Side note...anyone that asks if you're a top/bottom should be throat punched because they're disrespectful trash. It ranks right up there with wifey...there has got be an end to this somewhere lol!
I am pleasantly surprised that Phuwin doesn't seem to be pissing me off in this one. I truly think his acting has improved. This is the first time I really feel like this ship shouldn't dock. This could change as we are only 3 episodes in mind you, but I'm having high hopes here!
I love all of the couples & Pond is still a snack.
I adore Leo & Fiat & I cannot explain to you what it was like watching JaFirst NOT play Leo & Fiat LOL. It was difficult, at times disappointing, uncomfortable even, & just didn't feel cozy & toasty roasty. Ashi & Punn are NOWHERE near the same type of characters! I know that you're saying "I KNOW...I GET IT!" You don't LOL...you will understand after the first 20 minutes that you will have to dig deep for that understanding. By episode 10 it's better LOL. Not great but bearable.
And let me just say that JaFirst have moments, together & individually, that they are absolutely stunning...like effin models in this show. Not that they weren't in Don't Say No but in this series they are quite attractive.
Listen, they offer up the same cute & adorable love & they definitely serve it on a plate of fire but it is so so so not what you're used to with these two LOL.
So...I dragged myself through & dropped after 4. I couldn't connect with either character. I felt nothing for either one of them & didn't care either way.
However, Aloha is a total snack & should have been in the series much more. He's a decent actor, easy on the eyes, & his storyline woke me from my slumber.
So obviously the parents getting together happened late in life as these guys didn't grow up together & I think that's part of the point. Step brother? Eh...I guess but they met as adults...at least that's what they've showed us so far.
This is definitely a far cry from the wholesome, energetic, charismatic, loving Choco but, as I seem to be in the minority, I actually quite like his facial expressions & his acting. This is clearly a man that has had a very hard go of it & can't seem to break out of it, let alone start the road to any type of healthy & happy life.
Woo Young's character seems pretty complex but he too seems to have a pretty shit time at life. He definitely has handled it differently then Yoon Dae but mentally they both seem to be struggling with themselves, as well as the people around them.
This is kinda dark, which I'm way okay with, & I don't feel it's just "another step brothers" BL. In no way, shape or form was I bored & I'm curious as to how they are gonna pull off this deep of a storyline with just 60 minutes left. Can it be done? Sure...I'm on this rollercoaster until the ride is over.
By the way, Jae Bin in that white shirt filling out ALLLLL the right spots? Yes please.

Oh and...let me catch some little piece of shit uni turd making fun of Wela...don't make me call on the throat punch.

BUT...to each their own.
