I'm trying to focus on them but find it difficult. Should note that I'm thrilled with the omission of the hair extensions...was completely unnecessary in the 1st place.

I watched this series when it came out & I gave it a 6/10 so that should let you know how I felt about it BUT...Meen & Est were great & I didn't want them forgotten about because of their unfortunate roles in this train wreck of a series!!

Did he steal my attention away from MaxTul in Manner of Death...definitely not...it's MaxTul for crying out loud...BUT...I did keep my fingers crossed for the Inspector to show us what he had going on underneath that beautifully form fitting uniform. And why would you introduce a character that has uber chemistry, IMO, with the ML when there is no intention of having them be the end game? I mean I like Up & all but Porsche is kinda sorta hot & Sol is not an effin loser that has "I'm an asshole" tendencies. He seems much more worthy of Joe than "I'm in love with my sisters boyfriend" does.
If they truly make me dislike Ming enough, I'll expect a redemption arc the size of the moon to get me to bring him over from the dark side. I hope it doesn't get too much worse because my hand is getting a little throat punchy.
Sooooo, I don't really care for the main couple. I find both of them equally annoying in their own way, lack chemistry together, & I hate the hairstyles LOL. I was fine when the wig/extension wasn't a thing but now...can't get past it.
Now, I'm staying for the 2nd couple. They have chemistry from the little we have been shown so far & their story is definitely way more interesting. Their hair doesn't bother me at all.

if you don't like Thai comedy then don't watch it. GMMTV especially has always had that type of comedy, it's nothing…
I couldn't be more aware of how GMMTV "comedy" works, with over 100 Thai BL series' under my belt alone, but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't mind them deviating from their childish "humor" for a bit.
Bathroom humor may be fun for some but for me it's not & there is never a time when I will find someone sitting on the toilet with their pants down around their ankles, just about to wipe their ass...hysterical? Not for me.
As these guys in particular are veteran actors & a veteran ship & 30 + years old, I wouldn't mind them in an actual drama without the cartoon sound effects. Will I tune in for this one? Probably, but my expectations, based on my opinion of Cooking Crush, will be fairly low & IF I actually finish watching it, it may be a 7 for me.

I did not have fun with the first season. I thought it was silly & poorly written. Due to my low standards & sheer boredom, I stuck around for the eye candy. If I actually cared enough, I would have dropped it as soon as it was clear that "escaping" meant come & go as you choose.
As this is an opinion forum, this is mine. I'm glad you had such fun with this show. In my opinion, if the writers aren't different & better than the 1st time around, I'll just be tuning in for the eye candy...again.

It's the rating it by episode that I don't like. Once the show has aired then rating it works for me. I only rate after I've completed & I never rate those that I drop. My dropping it IS my rating LOL.

I watch them all, regardless of the humor, & the friends in Cooking Crush were hilarious...but sometimes I AM tuning in for a little more maturity.
