I don't really care about a scene that took maybe 5 minutes with absolutely no significance to the anorexic plot especially in comparison to the last ELEVEN episodes. There is not a single thing I deem worthy of analyzing with the scenes between Tonkla & First. Tonkla couldn't be less on my radar nor could the entire interaction between First & his dad be anything other than another miscellaneous scene going nowhere.

The only tension in this series is pretty much EVERY time that douche Zee shows up because everyone is waiting for the next thing he's going to screw up.

At the end of the day, the writers seem to have decided that ALL of these characters should have a background & then halfway through realized it would be too much.

Clearly we see things differently when it comes to our views on First. IMO, First & Jack were the only realistic characters written in the entire series. They were also the only 2 that were the most misunderstood & received extremely little screen time.

If the writers wanted us to focus ONLY on the ML's with a few secondaries, then this should have been 8 episodes with not a single volleyball to be seen.

Exactly. It's as if they felt that EVERYONE should have a storyline but then halfway through was like, eh, this is too much & we won't actually be able to wrap it up in the end. Let's just give them a few minutes of IT ALL & that will add some depth but NO answers will be given. The audience loves this approach. LOL

Right? Like context can go a long way in us understanding. Like, I'm still trying to figure out the whole separation of the twins to begin with...why? And again, why does Zee have so much animosity towards Sprite? First & father? Why show us backgrounds of some of the players but not others & what is their significance in this mish mosh storyline anyway?

Exactly like if his super power activates when he touches people, why the whole "I see the future" when he's not touching anyone? And why did it not activate when Alan touched his head?

Clearly, if it's a plot hole it has to be ignored. No one will notice...look the other way.

I think since they've never truly told us the story of First & his fathers relationship, all that we've ever been shown is that his dad is slightly obsessed with Zee & doesn't really give a shit about his own son. Up until that quick talk he had with his dad, I don't think we have ever been shown the two of them discussing his fathers constant preference for Zee over First. I could understand at this point First finally seeing a situation in which he could take Zee down a notch for his dad. Even though Firsts reasonings to his dad about Zee are totally valid we are shown how quick his dad isn't caring & still puts it on First to make sure it's fixed before game time instead of addressing the valid complaints about Zee.

This is the ONLY time that I can think of that First really acted out of anger. I'm okay with it & clearly it didn't matter anyway because his dad doesn't care.

We also are only really told that he & his friend are ex's. That's it. No other detail other than they broke up because he left for a different school. They were clearly not against PDA from the moment the Tonkla dude came on the screen so he played it up for Zee in the mall...big deal. After all the shit these twins are putting him through I would call this a a 2 out of 10 in the "shitty things someone can do to someone else" department.

First is the least of this shows problem. In fact, he's on the low list of my complaints comparatively LOL.

I just can't understand why common sense has just been abandoned at every turn! It's totally frustrating. The plan for the twins to re-enter into their own lives should have been thrown up to the top of the totem pole of importance. Conversations should have taken place before & during from both brothers. Background stories should have been made known...Firsts father, Zees hatred for Sprite, Salmon comes in where exactly...ugh. It's too many holes, no explanations, & the editing? The scene where Salmon & the twins were at that cafe...when did that happen? What was discussed? It was just thrown in there like an after thought. Whatever.

~I don't understand why Zee hasn't made more progress in his "investigative" work to pin his ass getting kicked on those 2 losers (that I absolutely applaud BTW)
~I don't understand why the writers just left out sheer common sense & reality in EVERY situation!!!

And I don't understand why we were not graced with another Mike & Jack raunch scene...it should have been the least we were gifted.

I have dropped a series right before the finale out of aggravation...right now I cannot possibly conceive how this total bullshit writing could possibly make any of this make sense in the last 45 minutes & I should have dropped this the moment that douche Zee was able to leave the hospital because since then it's been nothing short of shit. Total disappointment EVEN THOUGH Frame is doing an awesome job BTW.

As I'd hit the point of not caring about the ML's quite some time ago, it finally occurred to me what Charlie reminds me of...ya know when a toddler really wants something from you so they just start throwing out compliments hoping that enough of their vomiting bullshit will finally break you & you'll give in?
