What if we talked about real facts that we all know,? like the years of abuse and trauma inflicted on her from her family? The reality is simple... KSH wasn't supposed to fight back. He was supposed to be an easy target. Sae-Ron's death left the lazy adults in her family and her clumsy father to fend for themselves. When that proved too difficult for them, they decided to go for the easy money, or at least that's what they thought it would be. Their goal was to get rich quick by invoking these allegations and getting KSH to reach a quick out-of-court settlement to avoid the backlash that would give his brand sponsors justification to enact the "Morality Clause" mentioned in his brand contracts. When allegations like the ones mentioned above are made, most actors choose not to fight back because they can't afford the financial consequences if their brand contracts are canceled.

He assumed that KSH would not risk losing billions; rather, he would settle behind the scenes for a fraction of what it would cost him to fight the allegations. However, Se Ui and her family failed because they did not factor into account that KSH would fight back.
