You have no one to talk to anyway. They have a dark and perverse mind and a bullying attitude. None of these individuals are capable of dialogue. NONE. It will never matter what the authorities say, because they already have their ideas that ALL INSTITUTIONS were bribed by Kim Soo Hyun. Of course, he didn't give them enough money, so they let him wait for over a year for the results to come out, so he could enjoy the hate he gets and take a break from work.
