We are buried in hatred towards our fellow human beings, anger, the need to feel good by hurting others. BECAUSE… It seems like everything makes us angry. We have no patience anymore. We don't care about the suffering we cause others. It seems to us that we are alone in the world, that only we matter, that it is someone else's fault that we don't have and will never have the life we want. And we pour out our anger, our venom, on everything that touches us. Those people who spit on everything they catch, without a shred of compassion and humanity, are the result of childhoods in which the parent was not present. Children raised by grandparents, neighbors or in daycares, deprived of affection, of time, children who were never SEEN by the most important people in their lives. They were not held in their arms, unconsoled, uncomforted, survivors who were forced to turn to themselves, if no one else saw them. So even to this day they don't notice that there are still suffering souls around them. No. They only see targets. People who need to be scolded, humiliated, cursed, so that they, the survivors, can finally be seen. I would love to see this change someday. Because this arrogant and aggressive attitude caused by suffering, loneliness, and self-doubt can change. To offend a person, to humiliate him, never benefits anyone. To say a kind word in return... It could bring a touch of good where there might be only bad.
But anyway, it should never be about blame, it should just be about understanding that something went wrong in you to feel so much hate, seeing what it is and then doing something differently. And that requires a state of presence that many of us never have.
About Kim Soo Hyun and his work: "In 2019, the star had guest spots in dramas including Hotel del Luna and Crash Landing on You (post a two-year hiatus due to his military enlistment). Then, he made an explosive comeback as Moon Gang-tae in the excellent It’s Okay to Not Be Okay (2020), which follows a mental facility attendant and a rambunctious children’s book writer. Because of its innovative premise, visual presentation, characterization and enhanced emphasis on mental well-being, the series drew critical appraisal. It attracted a substantial audience throughout its run, making it one of the highest-rated Korean dramas in cable television history.
Kim, who has been raising the standard for originality for years with his innovative approach to numerous genres, re-emerged onto the scene as Gang Tae. The actor perfectly reflects the character’s sense of loss, someone who aches under the burden of obligation but never flees from it – a man lacking love, yet a healer who soothes others while hiding his own wounds. And sure, in the midst of all the anguish, he represents an unconventional lover boy (with incredibly good looks) who can be fearless in love to shield those he cares for. Kim’s fantastic performance was lauded by the worldwide media, resulting in him being awarded the Daesang (or “Grand Prize”) at the 5th Asia Artist Awards in the television category."
Kim Soo Hyun was the FIRST South Korea top celebrity to courageously and publicly confronted witch-hunts and unfounded accusations. Unlike many celebrities who have previously bowed to pressure and issued apologies after apologies, Soo Hyun stood up for truth, unwilling to be silenced falsehoods. Public criticisms: "Kim Soo Hyun, you should have just apologized". Soo Hyun showed courage. If he apologizes for something DID NOT DO and played that sympathy card, it will break everything that he has worked so hard to built - integrity and honor.
"I will accept any criticism and take responsibility for what I have done, but I can not take the blame for what I did not do. I am not asking for your trust, but I'll prove everything." (Kim Soo Hyun)
I think many of us were brought together by the hatred of the users here and the desire to support the life's work of an actor. I will remain on this page as long as necessary to uphold a man's right to the presumption of innocence. Actor Kim Soo Hyun will remain one of the most supported actors by the general public.
Kim Soo Hyun, ever the golden boy, gained international acclaim with the fantasy fiction drama series My Love from the Star (2013). His stellar rendition of Do Min-joon, an alien who descends from the stars, consolidated his status as a Hallyu sensation and a media behemoth in Korea. Essaying the role of Do, Kim perfectly brought out how head-over-heels in love he was with Jun Ji-hyun’s character (Cheon Song-yi), while still embodying the dominant extra-terrestrial entity with incredible physical skills – he was rightfully showered with a plethora of trophies yet again.
This is one of Kim Soo Hyun's many performances: The Secretly Greatly star smashed records the subsequent year by portraying Lieutenant Won Ryu-hwan disguised as Bang Dong-gu, a rustic fool. In actuality, he is a top North Korean sleeper agent – competitive, multilingual, and with an extraordinary ability to read people. It’s a role that helped Kim break into mainstream stardom and more major award ceremonies. Once again, he was awarded Best New Actor (Film) at both the 50th Grand Bell Awards and the 50th Baeksang Arts Awards for the role in question.
“I am very grateful for this moment, but I am ashamed as well. It’s like having a lot of homework. I’ll keep trying to become a better actor to remain worthy of this award,” Kim Soo Hyun reportedly told JoongAng Daily after claiming the Best Actor (TV) award at the 48th Baeksang Arts Awards, despite seasoned actors in the fray. This was for his legendary performance as King Lee Hwon, king of Joseon in the historical fantasy drama Moon Embracing Sun (2012), a profound love story involving the king and a female shaman amid the tensions and conspiracies of rival political factions.
@Tana256 No way. These haters are tireless. They've blocked you and you can't see their crap, but they religiously…
This is what I do, when I have time, because haters only spray sh*t on the page...ALWAYS and every day posting rumors and they write how they are happy that KSH is down, it's over. And they say I'm spamming here, but they are here every single day.
This old potato is definitely not worth considering, it's very old. Behind the keyboard she feels very young...…
Only someone frustrated with their own age can have an obsession with making others look old :)) If I'm an aunt, it means the one the haters "defend" was also an aunt... That's their logic :))
"The Lies Are Always Loud; The Truth Is Always Quiet. "His fans on Platform X are so annoying. So loud. Let's…
If we look at those who are the most vocal, overall, the conclusion is completely different from the one you are implying. Proving innocence is not instant and most evidence cannot be made public until the end of the investigation. The investigation involves several procedural phases and is impossible to complete in two months. After a complaint is filed, a period is granted for the accused to formulate their defense, then evidence is administered and expert examinations are performed, if necessary. Witnesses will give statements, the accused will give statements, the photos and messages will certainly be examined to see if they have been manipulated and this will take quite a while. Separately from this case, KSH can obtain damages because according to art. 307 paragraph 1 from Criminal Act public defamation is prohibited. Art. 307 (1) A person who defames another by publicly alleging facts shall be punished by imprisonment or imprisonment without prison labor for not more than two years or by a fine not exceeding five million won.
Poor in thought are those who spread accusations and defamation. Who will defend them in the end?
