All is good up to the last few episode / ending

Story :
I think the main story was good and it was really engaging, really like the part however when it comes to the ending, it became really shitty. I couldn't understand what was going on. It makes sense but doesn't make sense in the way that it just doesn't come together. It felt like they didn't had enough time or money to put in the effort. After ep 20, things start to go haywire imo.

CGI:
Despite it being a show where most of it is CGI, I think it is pretty good. The CGI don't seem too fake like other Chinese movies/dramas. It doesn't look like a 50cent CGI. Feels like a good $2 CGI.

Music :
No Much comment, think it is pretty good. I skipped the intro song and ending songs because it wasn't really that catchy but suits the mood. I binged watch every week once it is fresh out of the oven so I only listen to it once or twice per few ep.

Acting:
I don't know how others view their acting. The ML does has a pretty solid filmography so his acting is ok. The FL, many people complaint about her acting. I think there are quite a few moments where her expression do not tell me anything, particularly towards the ending but overall, I still can stand her and I think she is pretty good looking. The chemistry between them offset feels more real than the chemistry in the show. I felt that at the starting that there was no chemistry and I wanted to drop but I continued.

Ending:
I really cannot stress how this ending is like BOOM in your face. There is no real meaning I felt. It felt like I dropped into a pit and had no way of coming out. Will there be a second season?? Open ending?? I felt like the last 10 eps are kinda waste. of time.
There is no proper ending to the second male lead and the main male lead. The female lead also. Who the fk this master comes over "Hey , I am here to fetch you" Go where????? There is no proper explanation.

There are a lot of questions that I have in mind and I want to know:
1. Where is the FL's real home/ real past?
2. What happens to the ML and second ML now that this FL is going to leave?
3. How the hell did the two side characters (Xwien Ei, Jaoke) came back when they were gone during the fight?
4. What is the master's story? How did he went into that ring and the coming back out didn't really make big sense.

As you watch this show, please remove all your doubts from your head if not you will be like ????

Good for binge-watching only?

I understood why many people in the comments would hate on the FL because of her acting. I would say her acting in the first half of the show is really quite lacklustre, but if you can watch pass like ep 5 or so I think you should be able to finish the whole show.

For me personally, I didn't really care too much about their acting. The male acting is not bad. The trailer for this show did hype me up but to bring me down somehow because I was expecting more from the plot but it was stagnant and remain the way I would say most of you envision. Splash splash love was way better IMO but we cannot compare these 2 dramas.

Throughout the whole drama, I was expecting more from the plot, like I wish that a certain plot will happen over here but it didn't. This show is great for binge-watching only if you have time. I do honestly had quite an enjoyable time with this show because I'm lacking the vibes of happy cheerful girls in shows that are ongoing nowadays. It is a good like getaway from all the shows but I think more of these shows will be coming up soon in the Chinese industry during this period.

Overall, not the worst drama. I really enjoyed it, enough to finish it in one sitting even though I do skip it. It is like each ep is one problem solved so I think it is quite enjoyable.

I watched it without subs. So if you guys are looking for subs, you might need to wait. The chinese isn't too difficult in this drama so I think fans who are learning chinese are able to understand.

Solid acting but story kinda fell flat.

Honestly went into the movie with no expectation and only watch it because there was Seo In Guk and Lee Soo Hyuk together.
Overall the acting was really good, I believe all of them had great acting skills. There is no awkward acting whatsoever.
But the story kind of fell flat. I do not feel the excitement or anxiousness when it was reaching the climax?

The ending was kind of interesting but like many other shows, that is how it ended. I really like the camaraderie feelings that I got in this show. I would say Seo In Guk's acting as he punched Soo Hyuk was great at the end. Maybe it was due to the props team but his bloodshot eyes were on point.

The female in the show Dabin, gave me the Ha Ji Won vibes. And I guess she is just there cause they needed a female character? HAHAH There is little to no value of her being there. But wells, I would say give it a go if you are their fans but there isn't much action to it.

Beautiful Modern Drama with a realistic touch <3

NGL, I was waiting close to every week for this. Monday and Tuesday had become the days I look forward to wind down after work thanks for this drama.

Kim So Hyun has always been one that I look forward to in terms of acting. She never fails. One of the promising actress in this generation. Minhyun on the other hand, was really good in this drama, towards the end. Maybe they manage to be less awkward but I am happy to see Minhyun grow. There are times where he was a little awkward but I find that it fits his character.

If you are looking for a realistic love story, I think this would hit the spot. They portray trust and love in a really realistic way and the problems that arises during each conflict are really true to life although the scenario might not exactly be that way in life because simply we are all not superstars.

Its sad to say goodbye to this drama and I kind of like the ending of this drama. I wished that there was more wholesome ending but this fits into their pace real well. The pacing of the drama, would be slow in my opinion as I often find myself skipping through the portion or fast forwarding it. Overall, a good watch.

LOL is all I could say, a sweet cliché

I binge-watch this show, breaking them down into 2 parts.
Firstly, I watched this without much expectation because I didn't know that it was a full house remake until I started seeing the similarities and checking it up on this website after binge-watching the first part.

Really cute moments actually but some don't make sense in real life tbh. Harming a celeb when you are a nobody?? Err... I don't think that is possible. And staying in the same house?? Er... Another question.

And when you have a messed up friend like that, how could you not hate her. She was annoying but towards the end it was alright. LMAO, the way she fulfilled her quest towards the end is really hilarious. I bet the writer was like 'Oh wait we need to establish a moment where she can finish her wants at the start.. There seems to be a hole here.. lets just do it with this one' (I'm referring to her mask)

Cute chemistry between the both of them, maybe its because its CYC.

Ending - LOL really kinda rushed and not explainable. Where did the girl from the second ML came from? How he found her? LMAO. The ending was what was expected after watching little hints but is definitely not the kind of ending I want but ok, not bad, at least they didn't spend the whole ep chasing after a blank and mysteriously solve it. Tiffany's case is also like a WTF moment because her love towards ML was ???? suddnely solved.

Overall, I would watch it cause its cute.

Fluttering cliché with bits of questionable elements ;)

I started watching this show with no expectation, only watching it because it is Darren Chen. From the first few episodes , I knew it would be slightly cheesy rom-com. The starting of how this show is pretty much like all the rest of the cross-dressing show. However, if you could overlook that, there is much more to see.

It is packed with fluttering cuteness from both characters. Both casts acted quite well done, there was not much awkward scene that I could see. Casts list contains some rising actresses and actors which makes me wonder why they even took up those roles when they were leads in others.

Drama is full of cliché, but it somehow makes me not too upset or angry when the cliché actually happens because it all works quite harmoniously.

Definitely a light-hearted show, Darren Chen stole my heart because he wasn't that bad of a character like those usual cross-dressing/ cliché dramas. He wasn't demanding and I felt that he respected the FL as who she is with slight playfulness.

The side characters defo made me cringe sometimes because of their romance however it was a pretty light one so I could overlook it.

Music wise, didn't really pay attention because I skipped the intros.

Ending was quite questionable as of how they managed to let a girl in when she was not denied entry. I gave it a benefit of doubt when the grandma came back after mysteriously disappearing.

Overall, this drama left with a sweet aftertaste.

Sweet Fluttering Drama that really fills me up like a blanket.

To be honest, I’ve been looking for dramas to watch these few months and a lot of the korean dramas do not attract me at all. But I coincidentally came across this while watching a YouTube video and I do not regret watching it. I finished it in 1 day.

The script for this drama is something like back in the days, maybe about 2015-2018 era. It was like a common drama produced back then, but not so now in 2022.

Acting was kind of average, with some unnatural acting somewhere but really, I think this kinda fits the drama theme then - Idols.

Plot development could be done better if there was more time/episodes.
I honestly never imagine myself to be hooked/ continue watching this drama even when I started it mainly because I’ve not really heard of them acting except for a few of them on Youtube.

OST was a bomb!!
I really really love their songs and was sad that the drama ended because that means that I no longer get to see them perform as a group anymore.

Waiting for a season 2

I didn't expect myself to complete this drama within 2 days with close to sleepless nights. The story itself builds up steadily and I would say this is one of the rare few dramas that I didn't drop. Watched it because of Linghe at first but I am happy with the direction of this story because I think it is Esther's first non-cutesy drama.

I felt like Esther did an amazing job portraying her character considering her previous dramas. This was not cringey and it was rather mature. Everyone in the show definitely had some good acting points and I really like how each character was able to have some backstory towards the end of the show.

The only thing that I didn't really like was that they didn't release the second season directly after this. Many reviewers mentioned that the ending is rather the director's style. I LOVE it actually but I would love to see a continuation!

Summer Happiness, momentary.

Overall, a healing show with some plot holes.
If you have time to spare and would like to destress, this would be quite a perfect show with slow movement. In terms of the chemistry between the two actors, I would say its doable because there isn't much of a interaction since they can pass it off as them being shy.

Love the music because I think it fits the vibes really well. Realism wise, I think they skipped quite some scenes so we have to fill in the blank ourselves, which isn't that hard. The biggest problem I would have would be the ending... The discovery of Sun-ah death and the whole case... I felt like there aren't enough time to explain every single detail.

I really love the small little parts of this whole story, like the small moments of their interaction, finding small happiness within all the things that we do. Im Si wan is good at acting so I wouldn't have anything to say about him. Seolhyun improved greatly for this role, maybe because there wasn't much expressions for her to portray.

I really love the grandma though! This drama is really soothing and comforting for my soul although I think the two main leads do not have a huge chemistry unlike most drama. I like how every single character in the drama portray a certain part of people that we would encounter in our life.

Golden Spoon Golden Life.

I thoroughly enjoyed this show. The show started out really great for the first few episodes until it starts to go downhill but kind of quickly picked themselves up along the way. I wasn't expecting the last ep to be this twisted but I'm glad it turned out that way. I really like the ending where they talked about hyundo and yeojin part.

At some point, the second male lead and main female lead were quite useless when they build up the story all about them. Its a shame but I felt like their characters could play a more important part. But Na In woo's appearance really.... strong and powerful and important to bring the story to a next level. Acting was phenomenal especially by the two dads. Although at the ending, I wish hyundo could act a little more sad.

Overall the OSTs are great and the story is great. I look forward to their future works and I think this drama really gave a whole new level of meaning in life to some people. I like how relatable the story is especially at such a moment in life.
