I never really rewatched Love O2O except for a few episodes near the end of their dating era because the story and production quality weren't that great. Also, I really disliked the FL's acting in that one, and the kiss scenes, which are the main thing that brings me back to rewatch a drama, were all dead fish lips.

Yeah, some people leave reviews saying they've watched all the episodes when they are not out yet. That's just a tactic to make their review affect the rating of the drama most of the time, as many people, such as me, wait until the drama is finished airing and we have watched all the episodes before rating it. So by doing this, many haters lower the rating of it, ruining the credibility of MDL ratings. But it'll be out in a few hours, so don't worry!

I love YAMG. I rewatch it once every few months just to return to my roots, as it was actually one of my first dramas. That's the drama that sparked my love for Yang Yang as well! But I don't think the ML there is comparable at all to Zhuang Xu, as he actually works to improve himself rather than continuously playing the victim and further feeding his inferiority complex like ZX.

Yeah, I saw the leaked wedding scenes for SOM, and so far, I don't see anything about a ceremony, just the two of them enjoying the moment, but I'm easily satisfied as long as it's given enough time.

Same! I watched it and was satisfied and just wished their friends and family could have witnessed an actual ceremony, but then I saw all the deleted clips and felt my heart break for what could have been. 💔

It's actually the first time I've seen him in a drama, but I think he's definitely going to go places and become a familiar face because his skill is for sure top-notch. I have a feeling he'll be getting more deals after this drama.

The only reason I haven't complained yet is cause I understand it's both of their first loves and they're shy/getting used to kissing. I just can't wait for the deeper make-outs as I know that both the leads are such good kissers, and I can't wait for that, given the chemistry they have so far!!

I'm so happy so many modern dramas are getting released recently, as I much prefer modern dramas to costume ones. I may have to wait for a while to start this one due to finals, but I'm glad it's coming out soon, as I remember seeing it and being excited, as I like both of the leads' acting from previous dramas.

I have to admit that LWM is an amazing actor. He plays Zhuang Xu so well that I hate him from the bottom of my heart. He's so good at playing the victim that in that scene in ep 30 that I was actually feeling bad for him... until he called her unfair, that is. Then all his previous behaviour and man-child activities came rushing back into my head, and I wanted to throw my laptop across the room out of rage. The audacity of JerkXu to call our girl unfair after he used his own inferiority complex as an excuse to try and dim her light to bring her down to his level rather than improve himself to be worthy of her is a concept I can't bring myself to grasp. Since the rich girl x poor boy trope is very rarely seen, I wouldn't mind seeing it again, but with an actual green flag ML rather than an insecure manchild who can't accept the fact that a woman is better than him.

Our school's pretty strict with the no phone rule now too, but I'm unfortunately so chronically online that I still end up spending so much time online, like on the bus ride to and from school and during lunch, so I end up getting spoilers so often that I now skip any cdrama related tiktoks and just save them to a folder to watch later lmao.

I remember people criticizing SWL and saying he shouldn't be the ML when the cast was first announced, but I've been a fan since I watched Go Ahead. In fact, when I first discovered Zhang Ling He, I thought he was Song Wei Long for a while before realizing it was two different people, which I just find funny since it's usually the other way for most people. I'm so glad that more people are discovering/liking him now, and that the show got so famous and proved all the haters wrong. I hope we see him in more roles soon and that he can stay healthy and busy!!
