They had to subtitle "speaking French" otherwise nobody would've known the language being spoken
In that case let's see. The character is from the 1930s in Thailand. Because it has not been revealed, we can assume she has never been to France. Her knowledge of the language is strictly taught especially in times when resources weren't widely available. Let me tell you again. She and the casting and the directors were dead right. As for other shows and people choosing simpler vocab, have you met someone who speaks a broken language? They don't CHOOSE to speak simpler. They will use any word they learned. And by the way, if it doesn't suit the script, they shouldn't change the wording especially if it's to fit a few lines in the show. Again, there is a huge bias against people who speak these languages. We can pretend your issue is with comprehension. If they get actors who can speak well, great.

Have you heard a French person speaking English? Or any other language for that matter? You don't realize how heavily biased you are about French or English languages until you hear it from countries like Thailand or South Korea. Have you ever judged a French person for speaking Thai wrong or speaking English with that popular accent and getting grammar mixed with French? The actors spoke that way because they're Thai. I don't care if there's a right way. Languages have accents depending on your mother tongue. If you can perfect it, great. But if you can't, there's no ground to think less of the person. After all, they have their own language.
Idk who cares about this but am I the only one who thinks that Phob is acting a little bit selfish here? While…
His plan is to break the walls so he can love Tinn freely. It's been 11 years, that man is starved. Tinn is part of the reason why Phob is fighting hard
Lolol, I dont even care anymore if someone sees them kissing, this must have been like the 6th time now so far.…
I was genuinely not worried when he saw them in the car. I was convinced he'll come up with a stupid explanation. But I'm sure he'll put it together one day. Hopefully. If he doesn't gamble the entire country first
Nah I'm totally team Big Jane. I've not read the book but according to what they've shown and anybody with eyes and ears could tell that it's people who break contracts and usually for selfish reasons that are to blame. He didn't force them to seek help. But somehow, he's the bad person now? Honestly, if N'Jane's outrage came after he found conclusive evidence that he hurts people, it'd have made more sense. All he found was that his friend was a thief and a cheat. Some guy profusely thanking Jane for helping. And Put being biased. So where's his anger from? Oh wait, Jane shouldn't get annoyed when Put was baiting him? C'mon. We'll see how much worse he gets as more episodes air. But for now, N'Jane already knew all these.
Is Chimon okay? And I'm asking this from a concerned place. I watched the trailer from 7 months ago and the one dropped today. He seems very different. Also, is this a BL? Trailers seems to be a bl but I'm not sure because Chimon said he wouldn't act as a bl pair anymore? Just wondering if he's healthy
