Chen Duling may not have international fame thats the reason the drama was silent on MDL, but she definitely got national fame if not she wouldn't get the main role at all. If the directing is good then I'm more optimistic in The Glory than TLOFG, Zhou Ye' acting is hit & miss while Chen Duling's acting is on another level, she always delivers. I just hope for the success of The Glory.

Hmmm, I really liked the plot but the way they screenplayed it didn't held my interest in this drama. Some moments are interesting while some are just dull and boring, also the acting main leads are not that good. I have to thank The Double for that. Bye!

Episode 8 but I'm not really entertained, its slow and boring. Couldnt help but dropped it.

I constantly feel like I skipped some episode meanwhile I didn't. The best performance was delivered by the villain, such as Yang Yang, Mei Chaofeng, and Ouyang ke, without the last two I find it to be boring now.

Gou Jingming brought the best performance from TJR and now there seems to be no a bit sense of gratitude? If he works with him again I don't see any objection at all, it is sort of a payback for GJM. I'm already expecting a sad ending please don't spoilt it for me. Before I was team YaoJing but TJ was a passive character and he doesn't have the face it for Xiao Yao, he's real gentleman but as a Princess Xiao Yao doesn't need that kind of man as her husband. Now I just want her beside Cang Xuan side forever though she didn't love he would cross an ocean of fire for her. Xiang Liu is a sucking her blood till she dry, He loves her but I don't like his behavior towards her.

I know nothing about a leaked script and trust me I don't want to know it at all. From a literal perspective this is indeed Journey about Xiao Yao and her entanglement with those around her. I'm not a chinese novels reader and I'm really glad that I'm not, also I haven't watched any Tong Hua adapted dramas with the expections of Korean Scarlet Heart so I couldn't debate who's the ML in her imagination. Is this an adaptation or atrocity? That's for you guys to find out.

LYF isn't all about Xiang Liu, take that into consideration too. Yeah you ought to be mad but that doesn't mean you should just imply that he's heart of the show. Xiao Yao is the heart and I'm not undermining other characters, impact even Cang Xuan is engraved in my heart talkless of Tushan Jing and other support roles too. All I'm saying is that we should all embrace the whole characters that brought it alive not just a single character.

You cannot expected an exact copy of novel into a drama, apparently changes has to be made. The sooner you accept it the better.
