Ep. 7 😆Hee Ju recovered from swallowing all those pills mighty quickly. . . . This is one of the many reasons I cant take this show seriously. I'm also not buying Calvin's tough guy act. . . . The FL's information bomb about her miscarriage at the end. . . so you held onto this resentment and blamed your husband for 3 years. . .never told him the pills may have contributed to the miscarriage. . . get mad him for checking on Hee Ju after her pills incident. . then call him a murder at the Domestic Affairs investigation and drops this 'truth bomb'. . . .absolutely ridiculous. 😑
I randomly came across this by chance. I put it on as background noise as I worked. The 1st couple of eps were nothing particularly special, but someone where along the way I got hooked. The story became alot deeper than I expected. Definitely recommend if you're into older dramas.
It was ok. I think they could've done better with balancing the romcom and action vibes. The plot was missing 'something', I didn't really feel the stakes of the enemy. Maybe if they didnt wait until the end to give more backstory, it would've landed better. They waited so late, it started to feel like an after thought. The last episode did drag a bit. I kept finding myself checking to see how much longer until the episode ended.

The police are so incompetent. If i were jin ju i would've reminded the police that the detective that was attacked was on park tae ho's payroll. . as established with the photos of park tae ho giving a duffle bag full of money during the time of reinvestigation of the temi bio case. All the antics and lack of forethought from each side is absurd. But I let those things slide for the sake of the fact its a daily show with over 100 eps. . .I kinda understand. . it's just a tool to extend the plot. But I lost hope with the way they handled JJ feelings for HJ. AND HJ's heel turn in the last arc. They had 100 episodes and you're telling me they couldn't put more effort into these plot lines and make them more believable?
