My brain cells diminished when Chen Zhuo developed cancer. It was so unexpected and all of a sudden to the point I felt it was very not required in my opinion. The producers basically just threw a ton of shh at us for no reason. The problem with this drama is that it goes through ups and downs way too quickly to the point it's very tiring.

The last few episodes were pretty much unnecessary. Like xuan said below, it was suffocating to watch. Those parts honestly had no reason to be there. Otherwise, it would've been a great show. To future viewers, I'd suggest you stop at the part where they all sit down together to toast for the wedding.
