Not this one. They use their real voice. A lot of modern dramas don't do dubbing anymore unless the actor has a heavy accent.

There are literally so many actors out there who are WAY worse. His acting isn’t stiff imo, he did a good job portraying his character as a firefighter. It is very watchable.
