Person Zhao Lu Si
Zhao Lusi is not an actress, she cannot act, so "Character Arcs" doesn't even apply to her at all. She's a rich…
I have said my part, I'm not here to gatekeep anyone, is now my business to wether believe your push-narratives or not. And I don't buy any propaganda news about anyone in entertainment industry.

My advice; stop comparing and stop any personal attack on anyone regardless of whatever reasons.

I'm not innocent, as I do criticize "bad characters" in dramas in the most toxic way.

But that remains in the script or drama alone, this criticism and insult should not go beyond the script, talk more of personal attack on the actor. That's outrageous and shouldn't be practiced.

I hope this is a joke and don't tell me you are serious.
Zhao Lusi is one of the most versatile actress in China and no one here is degrading zhao Liying over Lusi. Liying is also a legend and I hope you stop comparing the two legend.

Disappointingly Dull: The Decline of "Fangs of Fortune"

The drama "Fangs of Fortune," which initially promised a riveting blend of mysticism and fantasy has unfortunately seen its ratings plummet, and it happens for good reasons.

You can check the reasons at

https://mydramalist.com/discussions/the-story-of-mystics/133666-cringe-comedic-effort-by-ml-plot-holes

In conclusion, "Fangs of Fortune" has unfortunately become a lesson in how not to maintain viewer interest. With its ratings dropping, it's clear that the audience has spoken.

This drama, which everyone taught it was a beacon of potential, has failed to keep its fangs sharp, leaving fans and casual viewers alike to seek their fortune elsewhere.

Those who wants to control and promote the fandom while misleading viewers about this Drama, can't control people's emotions. The people have spoken and the truth will always win.

At last I'm not wrong about my facts. GOOD Riddance.....

The embarrassing attempt to force laughter in a serious situation by ML.

I still want to keep singling out all plot holes for viewers who can't find a honest review in the comment section.

I've witnessed many attempts at comedy in dramas, but the male lead's comedic efforts in "Fang of Fortune" are by far the most cringe-inducing I've seen.

ML's attempt at humor is like watching someone try to squeeze laughter out of a stone - utterly fruitless Lmao.
His timing is off by a mile; punchlines fall flat not because they're written badly, but because his delivery is akin to a robot learning human emotions for the first time.

His facial expressions during supposedly humorous scenes are more suited to a drama about existential crisis than a light-hearted moment.

Instead of eliciting laughs, you're left cringing or feeling secondhand embarrassment...
His attempt at witty banter is equally disastrous.

Lines that should spark laughter or at least a smile are delivered with such lack of inflection or understanding that they might as well be read from a teleprompter. It’s like watching someone else's attempt at humor through a very bad translator.

Furthermore, there's zero chemistry with the cast during ML comedic exchanges except for (Bai jiu and Ying Lei). His interactions with comedic relief characters feel forced, as if they're trying to pull humor out of him with a pair of pliers haha 😂.

The lack of natural flow in a serious scenes due to unnecessary jokes by ML kills any potential for humor, leaving the audience with awkward silences instead of laughter.

In summary,
His comedic performance is a testament to how not to do comedy in a drama. It’s not just a missed opportunity; it's a comedy tragedy.

Hoping that in future roles, HMH either finds a better script or a comedy coach because this was nothing but a disaster to the whole plot.
You will want to break your screen and wished you are deaf during this embarrassing momentss...

More reviews to come about the plot hole.

And yet you still find this ridiculous mediocre reason logical?
Your opinion is welcomed but is quite ridiculous to label people as hate for just asking a simple question.

Don't forget....
Beware of fans who got crush on their Actor.

Fans who got a crush on their Idols and how it can affects their judgments when facing flaws about the idol and reviews in general.

Fans who develop crushes on their idols, often referred to as "parasocial relationships," can have their judgment significantly influenced, particularly when the actor's performance in movies or dramas is subpar. Let's delve into this ridiculous phenomenal..

Psychological Impact and Fan Loyalty:

. Fans with deep emotional attachments to their idols often experience "disharmony" when faced with a poor performance by their actor.

. This can lead to a protective mechanism where fans rationalize or completely overlook the flaws in the idol's acting.

. These type of fans might perceive the idol's character as an extension of their real-life persona, leading to a biased view where the idol's performance is seen through a lens of perfection regardless of its actual quality.

. Fans might argue in defense of their idols online, sometimes aggressively by covering black with white, to maintain the idealized image they have of them. NOTE: they can resort to violence and insult and Beware of such encounter.

Judgment and Criticism:

. The judgment of an actor's performance can be skewed by fans' affection. This is evident in online forums and social media where fans may dismiss all negative reviews or critiques about their actor, by focusing on positive aspect like pushing the fault of such poor performances onto the scriptwriting or direction.

. This can skew public perception and even affect the overall ratings or reviews of a show or movie. Critics and non-fan audiences like me often highlight this bias, pointing out that idols are sometimes cast in roles due to their popularity rather than acting skill, which can lead to a saturation of less experienced actors in high-profile roles.

Media and Industry Impact:

. The entertainment industry in China, often leverages the popularity of idols to boost viewership.

. When idols perform poorly, fans might still flock to the cinema or stream the show, inadvertently promoting mediocrity by not holding idols accountable for their bad acting skills.

. This dynamic can hinder the growth of both the idols as actors and the industry as a whole, as less emphasis might be placed on improving acting capabilities.

Fan Behavior and Recovery:

. There's also an aspect of psychological recovery or adaptation when fans face the reality of their idol's limitations.

. Some fans might experience a form of "para-loveshock," where the disillusionment with their idol can lead to stress and a need for a psychological adjustment process.

. This can manifest in various ways, from becoming less of a fan to completely renouncing their fandom. The emotional investment can be so high that fans might need to employ coping mechanisms to deal with the dissonance between their idol's public image and actual performance.

Conclusion:

. The relationship between fans with crushes on their idols and their judgment of the idols' acting performances is complex, influenced by psychological attachment, loyalty, and the desire to maintain an idealized view.

. This can lead to a protective fan culture where criticism is often deflected or ignored, potentially impacting the career development of idols in acting and the expectations of quality within the entertainment industry.

. Balancing genuine critique with fan support remains a nuanced challenge in idol-driven entertainment.

I can understand the feelings of loving someone you shouldn't, their are zero chances to get the attention of this type of handsome crush. Most of you are girls and I can feel your pains too.

But please can you not let this affect your judgements? Or since you have been paralyzed by love, can you stop censoring others who says otherwise and voice their opinions?

Who will let them know that hating on stupid-character does not equally means hating the actor in person.

They knew this but will always blackmail others,
Just because the actor is handsome, then we can't criticize his character in dramas when he messed up the show?

I wonder how you saw my comments after you claimed I blocked you?
It was obviously because you have many accounts here to promote stuffs.
I just can't give number, but it was estimated that each an every one of you have up to 10 accounts which you use to like and support your comments,

I comment solo and I won't stoop so low like you by creating multiple accounts and behave in bot mode
