I'm on episode 4 and don't get me wrong, Singto is an absolute sweetheart, but I just can't buy him playing the role of Weir, it's a miscast. Same goes for Lee. Man is way too handsome and charming for everyone to continue likening him to a sadistic serial killer. I am all for defying conventional beauty standards, and I understand such series ask for the audience to suspend their beliefs to a certain extent, but how am I supposed to continue being immersed when Punn is being bullied like that for his looks?
It's not even funny, it's just weird. And don't even get me started on how problematic Weir is as a character.
Thank you for checking out our article ^^ I agree - I remember completing One More Time and then looking at the…
It was a lovely article, I completely forgot to mention that in my haste to give this gem a shout-out.
I love the little list you've compiled here so painstakingly. Would definitely also recommend all the episodes of Till Death Do Us Part.
And yes, I completely share your sentiments regarding One More Time. It was so disappointing to see all those comments in the show's MDL page, I almost felt like I watched a different story altogether, or maybe I read too much into it, leading myself to think it was better than it was. But seeing it being mentioned here gave me hope haha. I absolutely love everything about it and could honestly go on for ages about every little detail. This is how I make use of my degree LMAO.
Don't know whether I should feel proud or ashamed of myself for calling out every single plot point in advance. Nevertheless, it was a pretty enjoyable watch in a so-bad-it's-good kinda way.
The ML is a borderline sex offender and should have gone to jail with the bitchy sister though. They're truly a match made in hell.
Your reasoning makes perfect sense. However, (only if you think the story warrants another look) I would humbly suggest giving it a second chance.
This is the lead actress's debut project so she reasonably lacks the skills that all the veterans here have. Objectively speaking, the FL's character does mature rather fast, and I think you'd find it likeable how fast the conflicts are resolved here that would otherwise take tens of episodes in a conventional weekend drama.
I'm sorry but Young Guk calling Dan Dan his source of strength is just absolute relationship goals, this is the healthy relationship viewers have been longing to see and I am here for it!
It would be so nice if DD and Se Ryeon become close friends. I stan them so much :)
Right? I think it would be amazing to see Se Ryeon support Dan Dan especially when her mom brings out her claws in the episodes to come. Dan Dan is entering hell and she will need all the people on her side as she possibly can get
Mi Rim and Jun Ho have really grown on me. I was quite dismissive of them initially but their banter won me and now they're slowly blossoming together it's very heartwarming to see.
Poor Mi Rim though, to have no one in your family care about you enough to remember your birthday :'(

FYI, it is Se Wan, not Se Won.
I am now ready for the rollercoaster that awaits us ahead! T-T
Also loved the conversation between Se Ryeon and Young Guk,both actors did great in that scene.
