On March 21, the hit drama soared to a new all-time ratings high for its final episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the series finale of “Itaewon Class” scored an average viewership rating of 16.5 percent nationwide and 18.3 percent in the Seoul metropolitan area, marking the drama’s highest ratings to date.
“Itaewon Class” currently holds the record for the second-highest viewership ratings in JTBC history, bested only by the smash hit “SKY Castle” (whose finale achieved the highest ratings in the history of of any Korean cable network—not just JTBC).
This drama has one of the best soundtracks I've heard in awhile. Every OST has been very good. Especially my favorite artist right now Gaho. Enjoyed episode 15. I can't wait to see how this one ends.
This drama has been a 10/10 for me. Especially within the last episode (14). The leads and the main villain have done a very good job portraying their characters well. Can't wait for next week to see how it ends.
This drama had potential to be somewhat interesting, but it has certainly went down hill for me. I found myself forwarding most of the scenes including the flashbacks in episodes (29-30). That's when you know you have lost interest.
No actually, i didn't miss the point of your comment. You stated something simplistic and I responded to it. The rating actually did go back up to a 9 which i do find your comment a bit overboard. But i can understand where you are coming from and go furthermore in depth by saying what I've said in the past. That reviews* and ratings should be locked till the end of the drama or halfway through. Especially reviews where people have not finished the drama & are simply stating their opinion on what they have seen so far from only a couple episodes. That way you at least get a fair assessment on if you should give it a chance or not, etc.
By the way I am enjoying this drama alot. Hopefully my enjoyment continues. :)
