It's a huge plot whole, cuz sure now she might not remember he was the judge but when she 1st met him as a client,…
Not recognising him as her judge and not doing a background check are not the same thing. Although, you raise a good point about the background check - it doesn’t seem like she is being as careful as she should and that seems out of character for such a smart woman.

Hi! Jumping to prosopagnosia would be a bit extreme :) and absolutely wasn’t what I was alluding to. It’s that simple for you because you are basing it on your personal experience and that is, of course, completely valid however it’s not the same for everyone - there is a wide gulf between face blindness and remembering everyone you meet. Often it depends on how interested you are in remembering those specific details/people/environments etc.

Not necessarily - seeing someone out of context is very different to seeing them in context. Often the identifiers you take away with you after an encounter with someone in uniform is their uniform alone, especially if the experience isn’t a happy one. It also stands to reason that the divorces may have happened over years rather than months. Additionally her character may not have the best memory for faces. Any and all of these could easily close up the potential plot hole.
What exactly is "annoying" about Li Qin's voice though??? I don't get it...why does every woman's voice get called…
It’s a comment I see so often and (perhaps not in all cases but in many) I can only put it down to a form of internalised misogyny - the idea that high pitched voices are annoying is a notion taught to us in order to justify silencing women. The converse idea that voices in the lower register are more attractive actively supports male voices being dominant. I never see ‘the ML voice is so annoying’…
Really can’t understand the low rating - this is miles better (and healthier) than many of the dramas in this genre. If this is really about the looks of the main character then I sort of want to channel Som’s statement at the end of ep 11….
You are completely correct, I am not sure what the difference is between 'currently watching' and 'verified' -…
I see! So one rating could seriously skew the rating of, for example, the verified/stars rating was potentially like 10 people whilst the ‘currently watching’ is all 511 voters. I understand now how a minority might affect the overall mark. It does seem somewhat illogical but I don’t know what the numbers of verified accounts to non verified is. From a security POV, I don’t want to add my phone number so my account will remain unverified and I imagine many others may think the same.
I do love this - I particularly love that it is essentially 58 episodes of Ye Hua desperately trying not to tell everyone (except Bai Qian) to just Fuck Right Off.

Wow! This looks great - international intrigue? Passionately fighting for a cause?

Why are lazy writers still creating characters like Oh Ji Young? It’s borderline Misogyny…
