Every episode, veering between "oh my god!" and "oh...my....god" is why I keep watching this drama. Sometimes I want to fold the characters into a hug and other times I want to smack them upside the head. At this point, I don't even care about backstories. I just want to see what they get up to each week. Will miss them a lot when the drama ends. My favourite part is when the siblings walk behind each other without saying a word. It's just so natural.

Oh yeah. Every look they exchange feels like they're about to get it on. The intensityis just damn.

Too many whiny unlikeable characters in this drama for my liking. The only character I can stand is Kim Bim's character. He's blindly loyal but his motives are pure, at least as far as I have seen up to ep 9.

Was really looking forward to this drama but ep 3 and every time "Africa" is mentioned I want to don boxing gloves. Guess it's time to move. I'll read a recap when the drama is done.

That "Africa" scene gave me the cringes. The zebras? Lions? Giraffes? The background music? Lord give me strength. Is there nobody in the filmmaking process with the ability to use Google? Let's start with the fact that AFRICA IS NOT A COUNTRY. You can just stab a pencil at a map real quick and pick a bloody country on the continent (there are 54), it's not that hard.

Then the stereotype that if you're going "abroad" to do charity work it must be to AFREECA because uno, they're all poor, without shoes, food or clean water. At least everyone was wearing clothes and there were no flies chasing kids around.

Rant over. Back to watching Lee Sung Kyung be a badass.

8.3 is low? Japanese dramas do tend to get lower ratings but I think 8.3 is just about right for this. The comedy is beautifully executed in its over-the-topness.

Everyone gets a redemption arc! Wohoo! (not a fan of redemption arcs)

Part of the charm of Korean dramas for me is the titles. Never met a drama title I didn't like, even if it confuses me at first.

English is probably the worst language you could use to translate ANY language. It's super limiting.

Said I'd stop after ep 2 but here I am watching ep 4. Six minutes in and I have to pause to comment on how Lee Min Ki is killing this role.

Very excited. Loved her in everything I've seen so far. Can't wait to see what she does with Eve.

So glad I went with my gut on this one. Shaping up to be one of the better dramas aired so far.

Going to drop this and watch it much later. There's so much heaviness it's oppressive. Not even the smallest comedy to offset it.

Just finished rewatching this and Jo In Sung is exactly who he thinks he is. All that and more.

I know the last scene of ep 11 is supposed to be hot but all I could think was "aww, how cute." Maybe because there hasn't really been much build-up in the way of sexual tension between the two.

True. The line is fuzzy at best. Just seen too many comments about Nat being a terrible son and whatnot and wanted to point this out about the mum.

Maybe later episodes will change my mind but the mum is manipulative. Ep 1, she says she was going to faint to end the conversation. Ep 3, she uses tears to avoid accountability. That behaviour is separate from her mental illness and it's what I think feeds Nat's anger and frustration (in addition to whatever back story there is about his dad).

Jade Hwang's fit is 10/10. Love her costume so much. The very definition of shoulders up.
