These three as a collective? Hilarious. There's so juvenile around each other. I always notice Woobin's being shorter than Kwangsoo. Meanwhile there's Kyungsoo right there being a short king.

I have to let this one go. Halfway through episode 3 and I had to stop and tell myself the truth. It's not going to get better. It does have (a few) redeeming qualities but the writing and acting and cinematography are so below par.

Why does this storyline feel familiar?

I like me a good villain but all the villains in this are just bullies. Pick a fight with someone your own size for a change.

Sun Liao needs to die a gruesome death soon. Such a bully and coward.

All loose ends and everybody gets their happy ending. I went in with low expectations but it got better and better each episode and special effects weren't half bad (except for those bees/wasps). And we get it, Director: Peem is hung. You don't have to hit us over the head with it.

One of my favourite things about Choi Woo-shik is how he takes on pretty stable characters. Wooju doesn't express his emotions with a lot of vim but we can still clearly see how affected he is by things, whether happy or sad.

I know y'all hate the ex but it was clear from the beginning of the drama that he was going to be in the mix. Also chill with all the Meri insults. Are we ignoring the fact that the ex is the asshole here? How many ways must a woman say no, go away, before a man leaves her? Are we accepting it as normal that a woman has to bring hell down to lose an asshole else she's not doing enough? Plus it's clear why she can't bring down hell. She tempering herself so she doesn't end up losing everything. Her mum's entire savings is on the line. Like, wtf.

Like Korea (and everywhere else tbh) has such a great track record for listening to women who've been assaulted. Especially by a former romantic partner. She'll be setting herself up with a threat like that.

The early reveal just made this so much better. The leads are really top tier when it comes to romcoms. I can't look away when they're onscreen together.

The nasty ceo guy is par the course for romcoms but that evil uncle introduces a completely different vibe.

K-dramas writers aren't making these mothers up though. Mothers are like that especially in certain cultures (of which Korean is one). Mothers who stand up for their daughters in that kind of situation are actually in the minority. It's a case of art mirroring life. (I also found that scene annoying.)

I knew this was going to be hilarious but it exceeded expectation. Such a funny trio.

If there was ever a time where I would look away from a passionate kiss while death lurks, it'd have been this episode. We're about to get five seconds of romance at the end, aren't we?

Folks were losing their shit over Net's character last ep and he basically just had a "passing by" role. My faith in the writing was not misplaced.

Jane's fake lashes need their own drama. So pretty.

So Khem's father really just abandoned his kid to his fate, huh? Men are scum.

Not Peem thinking he could defeat a 400yo vengeful ghost (my fave bdw) with a few manoeuvres and nice words. Dude, bring out the big guns. (Someone tell me why he dropped the damn knife in the circle?)

I know Khem is going to pull some self-sacrificial bs next ep.

I don't watch horror so the fact that I'm this entertained and invested in this BL? They did good even though I still have issues with some acting *ahem*

I really don't have the time. Plus I critique stories for a living and BLs are one of the few things I can still enjoy without being overly analytical. It's wearing thin but I am holding on for dear life. I just want to watch beautiful men fall in love.
