True, not a fan of vagueness in an ending of my reads, I love solid firm conclusions in my manga/manhwa lol But since you said they adapted well maybe the script writers will twist a tad and give this series a solid ending to show their happiness and future. (I remember he despises him so much and just seethes with revenge, that when he was on the rooftop alone with him I thought he should just run over and push this dude right off the edge! Revenge completed lol.) But the story really becomes involved and twists a lot thru it...can't wait to watch now!

Loved it. Been on my list to watch forever and finally got to it. Not vampire genre fan so I kept putting it off but I liked the fact it was a different type of vampire film. The crazy was the psycho Wine who was all in to save his love. What would you do to save your love? Well Wine sure puts in the effort lol. Fluke slayed this role without a doubt and Steven's calm, indifference to him being a vampire was acted well too. Strange dynamics and traits for the mains. I like psycho series/films so this hit home and didn't feel typical vampire content at all for me. I didn't even need vampire in this film, if Night needed money, Wine would have robbed or killed to get money for Night, and if Night required anything, Wine was going to get it for him come murder or robbery or ? cause that is who Wine was, a committed psycho for his lover. Dude was wild!! :) Re-watch for me!

over the yrs every now and then I keep looking for this to no avail. At Seaopening.com there is a trailer with no subtitles but darn when I watch the trailer, I still so want to see this lol Just can't find a dvd for sale or anything. Still out of my grasp...

Re-watch, again. Love this film. It's funny, sad, exciting and mysterious all rolled into one. The overall vibe is awesome right out of the gate. Actors killed their roles!! Like another mentioned, a remake of this would be amazing, I second that :)

So happy I read your post because I've read the manhwa and it was great, but I seriously wondered how well the live adaption was going to be....you saying 90% held to the story and plot line makes me smile!! This Sat airs finale and I am gonna binge watch this so now you got me more interested! Nothing worse than a bad adaption but this one now sounds exciting! Cool!

yea I get ya....the stories we read can easily reflect into other live action, I hit that many times also. Gaze had Jinx vibes, but oh so so wholesome compared to Jinx haha Dan had it way worse lol (also the vibes from many live actions mimic each other, like all the psycho toxic bls that hit recently seemed in that same vibe to me)

Loved this film. Main characters are instantly likeable but the overall draw is the nature, the natural scenes are vibrant, the waterfall, the river and its' sound and much more and everything beautiful in this film....wow. The actors did wonderful in their roles and mains held my interest as they navigate their relationships and their futures and I almost shed a tear at the end but I found a reason to smile. Really nice film, easy going, smooth and will be re-watch for me.

Nice story. Made me wonder about the future for both of them. Actors good, scenes were interesting and fast paced and it kept my interest easily. Wish we knew more....

Binged it, it was off my radar. Uhhh, ok I guess but something was awkward in the pacing and the editing/flow to me and sound/lip dialogue off track sometimes and then they butchered the singing scenes that could have stood out and then the very end no translation on the final sentence in the scrapbook? Come on :) It kept me just there to finish but also was agonizingly slow too. Visuals, that height diff and they paired well as a team so it was nice to watch them in the series. All actors did well but this series isn't a standout for me.

Just OK...I like verts for the speed and mostly crazy content but this had neither for me. Felt oddly dragged out and kinda dull. It was void of energy! Liked all the actors but I had to push to finish this short.

Ep 1, this will be a week to week watch for me cause I love Ping :) Fan, simple as that lol. I have no clue on Teshow....guess I will see what he's got. #1 was funny and set this up well but I hope the script stays more mature and doesn't sink to goofy/too silly. But if Ping's in it I don't care ig HA

Very true!! The series embraces that darkness and goes down that rabbit hole and like you say for fans like us who do enjoy good toxic, Double Helix gives us what we wanted. Original was about only 70 minutes of filming; with DH they gave like almost 9 hrs of toxic crazy insane depth of the characters and story! Someone's doing something right on the remakes haha

Remake of A Round Trip to Love (2016) .....since I loved Double Helix I went off to watch the original again and it so so mild vs the remake LOL 10 years makes a big diff on a remake :) Double Helix is on my re-watch list also! Good toxic times!

yea agree, with that ending I almost feel like there was going to be a S2 or a spin off? I would love more about the goblin and fox worlds! Cheoyong seems strong, no nonsense, I liked that character.

Re-watch. Saw this 7 mos. ago and wanted to see it again. Some flaws obvy but I actually enjoyed it more the second time cause I got a handle on the interactions of the relationships, so again it was a fun unserious good time watching and it entertained! :)

Well.....I liked it! I vibed straight into this :) Love the actors, liked the progression of the story and romance buildup, heavy content addressed in 6 short eps about the industry and it's ugly issues but I was rooting for these 2 dudes all the way! I loved that flower covered wall, that scene was visually beautiful! The staged kisses, omg I was laughing and looking forward to the next faked one, it became a fun thing to me in this series. Flaws, sure, but I was totally entertained! (Many are saying this is AI in comments elsewhere? lol) 'Net says real people, real production but when I do research the vagueness of cast and show info etc is strange?? oh well..) I had fun with it, would love a S2 also!! Would love to see them in the future and throw in some heavier romance and jealousy and more, it would work for me.
