All the signs point to her at least leaving him, if not getting with Dr. Kim (who is, by the way, possibly the most beautiful man I've seen in kdrama). The newfound drive, confidence, determination, and prioritization of her own well-being are all at odds with her staying with him. And she doesn't even know about the cheating!
Also, when Dr. Roy Kim asked her when she was getting a divorce (so hot), she said it took a lot more courage than marriage, which shows that she's thought about it. The way I see it, she felt guilty over the way she got married, and stayed in servitude to her husband and mil in response, but that's essentially been negated by the surgery. She's basically free now.
Also, it's 2023. I think the writer knows how much backlash they'll face if they show her going back to him. The whole theme of the show, imo, is a woman's empowerment, and returning to the man who shackled her will ruin everything.
