yesssss finally omg

sometimes we need to go brainless to enjoy kdrama romcom. I have stop watching kdrama romcom since sometime ago, I think my last romcom was Man from another star (so long ago 😅) and after that all romcom just went to slumps.
But these romcom make good short videos. I was attracted by those reels and tiktok and came here to check whether should I watch this, and then maybe no 😆

SOKP has a special place on my heart because of the very unique and complex character Xie Wei (Zhang Ling He). and he deserves a spot in my profile pix. I love both drama and is very hard to choose since both are different genre. The romance in SOKP was really intense but extremely slow burn.
But I really have to choose, I will choose SOKP because I really love a grey and anti-hero ML. This sort of character is very hard to come by and to play it well. And it also has a very good ending. NYZ is too green flag for me 😆 I am weird I know

I am sorry but there will be angst romance and hateful bitchy female antagonist for sure. 😅 The least angsty xianxia that I watched were probably was LBFAD (no killing and/or betrayal between the main CP). The rest of xianxia has a lot killing, betrayal, misunderstanding urghhh my heart 😖

I am 100% sure she will be there till the end. Xianxia never fails to dish out a super female villain with only one main purpose, that is to create angst to the main CP and us viewers.

Usually I’m not too bother by these but critics loveee to nitpick on visuals and colour palatte. I am more worry on the plot and pacing. TLI reminds me on why I dropped ALP. 😵‍💫

But I get what you mean, If you notice I also wrote something like yours. LTG and RY has a very weird and unhealthy relationship and that definitely is not romance like what the drama trying to show. LTG is an interesting character but I am also disappointed how this drama grow him. I am hoping NYZ’s softer and smarter approach could change him but he keep seeing him as enemy and as of now I am tire of this human child.

She was in An country when she hold that high Left post. Then she ‘died’ and she went to join the White Sparrow devision in Wu country. It’s quite far away. Back then their database is not so good like now, they dont have picture all that.

I love her when she is playing a strong character. First saw her in The Long Ballad, love her character so much, even though she is innocent and weak, I didnt see her as childish. but so strong willed. And also LYN as Haodu, omg 😍 Rewatching them over and over. Cant wait for their new Jewelry drama.

hahahaha. Just like the Longest Promise, that page was a war zone. First few episodes were quite bad and I went to the page to seek some motivation to continue but fans were raging at me because I didnt enjoy as much as them 😅

Yea, its not bad but not engaging. Some drama will just hook us in in the first few episode. Xianxia that hooked me right from first episode were TTEOTM and BFTB. I havent watch LYF but I heard so many good reviews. This is a very competitive year for xianxia genre.

For xianxia we need to force through 10-15 episodes before it start to get good. 😆

I love xianxia but also dropped many xianxia. TLI is not too bad but not very engaging, I might give it 10-15 episode and then drop it, just like Love You Seven Times. And you are right, both main leads are a bit childish and I try to ignore ZLS’s baby voice.

Yes, I am a fan but I avoid watching him as SML. Sooooo happy he is getting main role now. He is tall and mature and has no problem playing opposite older FL.
