The guy is terrible at communicating. In fact he is a non communicator except when he humiliated her

It’s not about the kisses. Definitely the love is growing but the FL needs to be honest with herself and accept it for what it is and make it official ie public with him

What I gathered was that he wanted to support that other woman and her child while they were married- which is completely inappropriate and given that they had a previous relationship - it is equivalent to cheating

I would never call this a misunderstanding between them at all. She was very clear from the beginning . Even if let’s say ZX was manipulated by Rong a- did he not have his own brain to think and judge? Also from episode 1 he did not have one kind word to say to her - it was like he was bullying her, putting her down and humiliating her every single chance he got. The FL had lost herself trying to please that piece of crap. So no I don’t feel sadness or pity for such a person. He had no right to diminish her like that .

Emotional cheating and supporting that woman and the daughter . Wanting them to come and live in his house are all considered cheating. It does not have to be physical. In some ways it is a lot worse

And yes if the FL had gotten together with the ZX it would have mirrored her parents’ relationship where she would have gotten exhausted dealing with his insecurities and inferiority complex. The FL is a lot like her mom - you can see that. God forbid if the woman is better than their husband- very few men can accept that . Gee how much ego massaging must have happened in that relationship! So exhausting. And I guess it was that inferiority and insecurity that drove the dad to cheat . I am glad that mom was strong enough to walk out with half the assets .

Both their moms are strong , smart women. We see why the ML ‘s character is so great . It’s because of that mom. Same with the FL she seems to have gotten her mom’s business acumen. The ML is actually nurturing that in her and she is growing . This is all so great to watch

The lesson is don’t put it out there regardless especially in a public place like that. I actually felt bad for the ML too

Don’t get me wrong. I love the cousin but gosh he has a big loud mouth. He should not have discussed his sister’s business in public like that in the cafe. That was totally unnecessary. It could have been a more private conversation .

He definitely wants her to be herself and be confident in general. He is not forcing her to be anything. He is being very honest with her too which helps a lot

It is a solid 9 for me and it actually may go higher - I am thoroughly enjoying this one!

The ML brings out her real personality while the SML just diminishes her into this person walking on eggshells. Literally suffocates her
