I get why it is taking this long for her. And yes she is definitely gravitating towards the ML at her own pace. But there needs to be a wall that SML cannot and should not cross. My take is this - she genuinely loved him and he hurt her badly with all the things he and that room mate did. That was actually bullying . That is why it is taking time to get over that . And it was her first experience. She has self respect but it takes time to heal
