Thank you for this - this is not a rant. Yes he is learning the meaning of life through her and that is what he gets out of this . She has basically made his life complete. So I guess he is ok with losing parts of himself when doing this with her. He is very strong willed too among other things and so is she. Yes they are both very arrogant people. Duan Xu does not need to match He Simu with physical prowess or something extraordinary. He is mentally strong, very devoted and loyal and he brings that special feeling in her. At this juncture He Simu knows the price he is paying for being with her and exchanging senses. She knows that this is taking a physical toll on him. That is why she says ‘Foxy - promise me you will stay alive’. To me it feels like the thing she is scared about most is him losing his will to live . Because she knows that if he dies now - it will be an unfulfilled and unfinished life which may manifest as obsessions.

Well it was spirit who died who was controlling him for Yan Ke but it looks like He Simu has it now but she is letting Jiang Ai use it. But they want to set BSX against Yan Ke to see what he will do

Yan Ke would never be that honest to take that punishment because he has never thought for once that is wrong to do so. He is obsessed with raw power so he will never ‘stoop’ to take the blame for anything. In his view he is beyond any wrong doing- delusional!
