I differ . So far she has trusted him more . She respects and admires him and thought he cared for her . I did not see any inkling of doubt so far - only in ep 18 I saw that - that too towards the end .

No she told Ayan that the Lord would give her justic .when she entrusted Ayan to Pei Yan it meant that she still believed him . Instead she could have had Wei Zhao investigate . So she still trusts Pei Yan - that is the conclusion I can come to

She is a noble fool. And no she is not that wise otherwise she would not support him for that long. It is only in 16 that she shows some understanding

It is more than that . She is very gullible and naive. He wants to use and manipulate her. He freely includes her in all his schemes. This is not love or affection. He want to keep her captive. And she admired and looks up to him , he is taking advantage of that since it is an easier method to keep her . I am waiting for her to see his true colors

I am watching Ep16. And hoping that this is enough for the FL to see PeiYan’s true face . If it is not then heaven help her. Maybe that’s when I drop the drama out of frustration LOL

Hope so, but she’s taking her own sweet time because she still has not gotten over the ML’s Cruelty in the beginning

Ep.13: The FL is ignorant , naive and self righteous but she just thinks that she Knows everything. Honestly, it’s a little annoying. Her heroics are ridiculous

yeah I get what you are saying about that first 3 yr jump - you wanted to see their relationship grow but that is not the focus of this drama. Yeah the Best is yet to come. The crux of The story will start now

The way I see it a the ML and FL are enemies in the beginning. Also this drama is going to be about politics and war and about how she is caught in the middle. If people are looking for gentle men who care about women and romance - I don’t think this is it. Both MLs are pretty cut throat people with their own agendas

They e enemies - it’s plain and simple - no courtesy owed there. He is the assassin and she knows that truth. Of course he is going to threaten her and try. To kill her. It’s not like they are friends . Plus she is fighting back.and she is not weak — I disagree with that

That’s all good . I would not call the ML abusive. They are enemies and she knows his identity and she foiled his plans . I think Paei Yan’s character is worse as you will see. So far so good- we will see how it ends-still a long way
