Finally catching up after a busy weekend. On ep13: I don’t like this 7th grandmother proposing all these partnerships to Li Zhen when she does not even know how the Li family will react. She has no clout in the family anymore it seems like. I don’t see the 4th aunt agreeing to any of this. I am also blaming her mom and grandpa for holding g on to those roots. I am glad Li Zhen is thinking it through but I get this feeling that she will be able do shit if she stays in that same place. It is evident that the 7th grandma has her selfish intentions. Li Ink can take their stuff and shove it up their a**. For all I care. That entire family is so full of it.

Yeah they are not going to let the 8th branch stand tall. They want to destroy them completely for their brilliance. It looks like that branch has produced the best ink makers in every generation. I hate that Li grandma. She keeps saying Li Zhen should learn to be strong so she is being tested. But this is not testing it is more like sabotaging and diminishing the talent. She needs to go independent with a really strong partner which I think will be the ML. Because they both need to fight the Tians at this point. They will become allies
