I didn’t like what happened on episode 18 at all. How is possible that this woman abandoned her son on a hospital’s…
I agree and I don’t like the way the female is behaving either with regards to this. They are trying to make the mother who abandoned the baby a victim
For me, it's not like I don't understand him emotionally. It's just that I felt more connected to the characters…
And it also shows that LX being in prison did not matter- he rose up again in the most honest way. And that’s the beauty of it- for an extraordinary person like him with that kind of confidence these setbacks meant nothing. We see people like that around us too
I just watched on a whim and got into it so much. I like to see coding related stuff so it was interesting. Also…
Yes the revenge arc was beautiful- no shortcuts and Gao needed to see that - the most memorable dialog between Gao and Li Xun is when he takes the card to interview at that gaming company- Gao laughs at LX and Li Xun says Gao has always been short sighted ! And he proves that point
For me, it's not like I don't understand him emotionally. It's just that I felt more connected to the characters…
One thing I realized is that Gao had extremely low self esteem. That’s why whenever LX criticized him he thought LX was put to get him. He also thought the whole world was against him when everyone thought that LX was a genius. A more confident person would have been like who cares and just did their own stuff . That is what Zhu Yun did - she calls herself a follower but not true - she rather challenges herself to get better and at the same time walks forward with LX. It’s an absolutely amazing lesson
I've only watched up to episode 10 but I feel bad for Liu Zheng for when they were married, she was never really…
Actually I think they were too hasty when they got married. She was young and immature. He is definitely older than her and had not gotten over his ex yet. That’s why they ex tells the female that he is using her as a substitute .it was a very unequal relationship - each wanted something different. In the present they are still fighting about the past but the male’s EQ is really low - that’s why his first girlfriend left him.
Tbh a lot of people are so used to their angelic perfect male lead they see in dramas and forget it's just fiction…
There is a reason he takes away those shares though- at that point he is really scared the FZJ will do something to her and thinks she is better off with her parents rather than with him . And what she has for the male is not obsession - I don’t agree with that negative term. I always feel the way her parents treated her was way worse. I actually like the fact that ZY gave their relationship a second chance .
“No brain heroine forgiving the hero without apologising” did you watched ep27? Or did you skipped a lot because…
ZY never accepted LX as he was. Let’s be clear - she was no doormat. She is a very intelligent woman. She always stood up for herself and contradicted LX whenever she felt he was wrong. LX was confident but not arrogant. He was very blunt and called everything as it was. There are people who can do that . LX always acknowledged the people who worked with him. He liked people who worked hard. ML deserved the success he had in spite of what happened. It showed that nothing can stop truly outstanding people like him- I like that message from this drama. I like that they both fought back after all those incidents and hardships.
The 2nd part was so good imo. The FL was shining in it. She was loyal to her "king". Staying with him despite…
Yes totally agree . We do have double standards for males and females. It’s really remarkable the way she stood by him and gave that second chance their love needed.
Thank you so much for this. The show was interesting, I give it that but I couldn't continue watching it knowing…
I am not sure if you watched the same drama. I would say ZY’s parents alienated her from LX and that’s what causes her trauma - it was not the break up - it was the fact that her parents kept her from going to him- that’s why she went into depression and became suicidal. Her parents are abusive and controlling. LX on the other hand never controlled her. Even with that decision to push her away - he was scared that FZJ would get to her too. If anything her parents - dad was no less- they were just brutal to him at his low point when he had just lost his sister. So let’s not judge easily. Yeah he did not want her to wait for him when he went to jail - which is fair. Anybody who labels this unhealthy has never been through hardships in their relationships or had relationships for the long haul.
I agree that the criticism on acting, the leads, the overall plot etc are harsh. This actually has a nice overall…
And for the NTH time LX is not a toxic male. Complicated yes - but far from toxic . Gao is more toxic in his relationship. ZY’s parents are toxic with the way they treat her. But the male os not if anything he always thought she would be better off without him. People like to throw that word around without understanding its true meaning. Zhu Yun grows so much during her relationship with Li Xun- that will never happen if the male were toxic. Her confidence and self esteem grew rather than shrinking - that’s not what happens in a toxic relationship. He helped her realize what she likes and who she is rather than diminishing her and that is why he is not tpxic
This isn't a tropey drama where the ML is arrogant for romantic purposes just so the FL could soften him up later.…
Kdrama Decoy is very good- a dark crime drama - but excellent.only part 1 is out thought so we are all gaining in there. After a long time I got hooked on to thsi Kdrama.
