Well, I really liked the first two episode even if I found it a bit draggy at setting the plot in the beginning. Others than that I'm also (happily) surprised that no random haters are here to bash the FL for being quite overbearing with her future husband. Especially when he is the epitome of the "perfect nice guy". I almost anticipated a war zone here to be honest. :P
Woah, why it's so low here ? Oo I didn't expect a 9+ rating but damn, 6.5 is REALLY harsh.
I just finished it and I really liked it. Maybe it was too atypical for a lot of viewer ? It's not your common BL for sure. I would just add that the synopsis is a bit misleading with the whole "As he embarks on this journey, he encounters five boys along the way.". At first, I was a bit scared that it would involve a lot of cheating or something similar but their aren't love interest at all.
Anyway, their first project ("Bedmate or Bad Mate") was also so underrated here (6.9), so check it if you liked this one. It's a cute story about a gay man & a straight man becoming roommate.
Yeah, like many, the first half of ep. 12 was truly a WTF moment for me. A "break-up" with a time skip was predictable as almost all K-Drama does that but the reason was so shallow for going to that extreme. Everything in it is too forced and too over-the-top. Apparently it was in the original novel BUT damn, why did they kept it ? It left a sour taste...
The second half was better and actually give what we wanted from the get go: Their happy time after all their struggle. Anyway, still I great show that I will surely remember.
But why did they do that to us ? It was nearly perfect. :'(
Something very organic in their acting. There do exist movies and shows from China that have realism. However,…
I'm mostly blame this on the dubbing that China do in most of their Drama. Actors even dub their own scene. And sometime a completely different voice actor take over their line.
Not gonna lie, the story itself isn't the greatest but Kevin Chang is so damn hot that I don't really care... I think I'm thirsty and even if I do feel shame about it, I'm still here. Am I the only one here ? :x
I can't believe I delayed watching this masterpiece for so long. This is the best C-drama I've seen so far this…
Agree with you. And outside of FL, He Zhen & Shi Xue Ji while having different characters are as strong as FL in the end. I particularity liked that we witnessed their growth to become such strong women. Not that FL didn't have growth but she was already strong willed even with amnesia. C-Drama tend to have the God-Like Lead syndrome where FL & ML are just so "perfect" that they don't seems to fit in the definition of human being. :P
It's just me or Earth is completely different in this ? I didn't recognize him at all! His voice & face seem to have changed. It was a long time since I last saw him ("Moonlight Chicken") but I'm not that forgetful, right ? x)
The Prediction so far is,ML is the twin that disappeared, who was in fact taken without official adoption by his…
I really don't want the SML to be a bad guy... I liked the SFL since day one - she is so goofy - and her interaction with SML always bring me a smile. :(
For me, the most suspect is the "secretary" of ML. He was there when FL was falling. We saw that the one who push her was wearing a black sleeve - and Secretary was in black + the Mastermind seems to know a little too much about the ML whereabouts. I don't know if he is the missing twin brother or the psychopathic son but I will place my bet on him...
Oh, the Boys band is an actual Thai-Boys band. Didn't know that, so we can expect a good level in that regard at least. And like everyone else said, William's acting is quite good. We will see but I liked the first episode.
oh why does it have to be so short 😢... we need more 😫. I'm dying to know why ZiCheng wants ZiXiang dead…
They are cousin from what I understood. Zi Xiang's Father is the owner of the compagny and Zi Xiang is his heir. He never wanted that. His cousin is pressured by his own father (Zi Xiang's Uncle ?) to become the future heir. So it make Zi Xiang an obstacle. I'm pretty sure Zi Xiang was asked by his cousin to be "fool" on purpose to make his Father disown him. But his father never did so now they took a more direct approach.
You know Boss did say he admired Kan, despite the fact he was having sex with the professor. It's possible he…
He also said before that he isn't gay and did what he did to survive. He just used the professor to achieve education & become a pharmacist. He also said that he wanted to be doctor because he believed he could decide who will die or live but later he found that he don't need to be doctor to do that. So yeah, he is my prime suspect for now.
As for why he killed the prof to protect ML: He is aware that ML euthanized people. So, he think they are alike and have the same "mind set" if I would take a guess.
So as the Drama talk about Euthanasia, what is your take on this matter ? In my country (France) it's illegal to actively doing it (Doctor can't just kill their patient even if the patient want it) BUT patients can refuse their treatment even if it means they will die. I think it's a good compromise as doctors shouldn't be expose to such decision as they aren't trained for that. And I don't see how we can professionally train people to kill someone.
Well, that was lovely and funny. I especially loved Ryoma's character. And for once in a J-Drama, it doesn't end when the couple finally confess their feeling & start dating. :D
Really good. I just loved how the main couple interact with each other. Side Characters were also interesting as most of them have their own short stories. It make the story more "alive" and not just a Bubble where FL/ML are the center of the universe.
Just one thing bothered me: When the sister sold the bracelet. She was moved at first but when she discovered that FL was gifted a "nicer" (expensive) ring, she sold it right away. She get busted but it's the guy who apologize ? Don't get me wrong, it was weird to do what he did but herself never apologized in the end + the fact he was portrayed like a living ATM/Slave before their dating era was really hard for me to root for her.
I like the orchestral OST. The Doc is WAAAAY to sus from the get go to be the actual culprit. They really aren't subtil with it especially when they hide it when we saw the "black man" attack the Old man. But it make the Doc appear kind of dumb in the process. It's still good but I will lower my expectation on the thriller part.
🚨 disappointed opinion alert 🚨I've been anticipating this series since it was announced as one of my possible…
I'm also not a huge fan of JoongDunk as I have droped Hidden Agenda and Star & Sky. But this time, it works for me because their character match their acting. Joong always have some sort of poker face when he act, perfect for this. And Dunk overacting suit this shameless character that make me have social anxiety for him. We will see, but for now I'm enjoying more the 2nd couple than the main one.

Anyway, still a solid 9/10 for me.
