Ep 5 :Hirukawa's POV hit different this episode ! The traumatic past and present with physical abuse , his interest…
Yeah. And I loved the last part when Minase said " Don't do that [kiss] at school!" and all Hirukawa heard was "At School ?" meaning he can kiss him when they aren't at school and was so happy about it. :P

Well, like everyone said the format isn't optimal. But the story itself while not groundbreaking was very enjoyable. And I didn't expect the kiss to be honest, I though they wouldn't do it, so I was surprised. :P

Jeez. I don't understand why Netflix have it as R21. I think this labelling is quite misleading. The whole movie…
You guessed it right. Suicide is quite the heavy subject and minor shouldn't be expose to it as some are very sensible. Don't get me wrong, I think a vaste majority could handle it just fine but for the minority, it's better safe than sorry.

It's more like 90% of K-Drama revolve around romance. :o
You don't need to feel bad. :) It's not like we both did heavy research on the % of Romance in K-Drama before throwing our guess. My point was K-Drama are mostly around Romance, I don't think you can deny that. So yeah, it's really likely that her next job will be another Romance Drama. :)

I decided to study for one day and stay offline. Did something happen in Korea? I don't understand
From what I understood with quick google search (so take that with a grain of salt) is that the current Presidential party don't have the majority in their Parliament, so the opposition hinder them. They wanted to destitute some major prosecutor and deny some gouvernemental budghet. So, their President said "Enough!" and proclaimed the martial law because for him they are "Pro North Korea". Parliament retaliate by voting that "You can't do that!" (President cannot declare the martial law if the Parliament doesn't agree apparently).

So yeah, political battle that escalate too much.

Hmm... When his parent trash talk his wife, didn't he said to her "Don't listen to people that could even replace their son" ? + the story of the 2ML playing with a kid from a "rich family", he saw something he shouldn't. My guess is that ML isn't their son at all, but a kid they choose to replace their son. Their son is either dead OR the one behind the whole thing that happen currently to ML.

Title When the Phone Rings Spoiler
fl is the illegitimate child of a big shot, her mother was a mistress. her half-sister, the legitimate child,…
She isn't the daughter of the big shoot. Like you said, her mother is remarried with someone else. She lied on two thing: she probably said that the father of FL (the one with dementia) is dead as she don't want that her new husband to know that he is in a hospital. She also lied about FL being mute to gain sympathy from her new husband as his own disabled daughter died in an accident (FL was also here as her mother said "Why did you survive ?").

ML really need to learn how to talk with girl. I know, he was probably a jerk to protect her (don't know why but I'm pretty sure it's his reasoning).

Well, that was different. The synopsis is really misleading but I loved the twist.

-First Story: Cute & Fluffy with just tiny bit of fantasy added. It was a great start I think.
-Second Story: A office-romcom. Solid. A classic.
-Third Story: They starting to take risk here. And it was a winning gamble. Really beautiful.
-Fourth Story: Spicy. But to be honest, it's the one I found very lacking with his plot. But hey, like I said, Spicy. :P
-Final Story: Like I said, I loved the final twist. But weirdly, it's the one I liked the less ? I'm very confused as why I feel that way because the script, acting and the idea behind it was good. Not that I didn't like it at all but it's the one I have the most misfeeling.

I just want to add that they did a excellent job at make every characters unique, especially the ones played by Top.

Overall, a solid 9/10 for me.

Enjoyable. I'm just very confused about people saying this version is different from the Thai one. Of course, it's shorter so not everything is here but from what I recall, it's the exact same plot for the first couple. I could even say they didn't even change their line and sub plot.

And too bad for me, as like this one, I found the Thai version enjoyable but that's it. I hoped for something different like the Thailand did with Cherry Magic. I know some really dislike when they change too much but for me, it's one of the interest. Just my opinion.

20min where everything they build go incredibly wrong. The Dad plot was so painful to watch because they didn't…
I'm disappointed at how they made the ending not really the content itself. 90% of the episode was about a sad ending for them. But they did a complete 180 in the last minute. I highly suspect that it wasn't what they were aiming for but someone said "Hey! We can't have that! Make it happy!". And it was really clumsy.

So yeah, if they wanted a happy ending -and again like I said, I also prefer such ending- this wasn't it.

The ending is clumsy. I think they just wanted to break our heart and then put a aid-band on it, like it would…
20min where everything they build go incredibly wrong. The Dad plot was so painful to watch because they didn't add any closure to it. I was sure that Qi Lu took the last beating to report his father with evidence. But no... The dad "win" in the end. And of course, Qin Xiao get injured and couldn't take his exam.

So, Qi Lu went with his father and Qin Xiao leave everyone to somewhere. Fine, a Sad Ending. It isn't what I hoped for but I can process that. BUT then in the last 2min... a time skip.

Some text that explain that Qi Lu did follow his dream somehow and break free from his father. And Qin Xiao did go to university, again somehow by the help of his teacher. Then they reunite by "fate" and all of the 4 seem to be happy ? Come on... If you really wanted a happy ending, that wasn't it. And they butchered a "decent" sad ending.

Like I said, it was a really good show. But the ending... I don't know what they were thinking.

After reading the synopsis, I was really confused by Yotha/Faifa being "Irish Twin". Never heard of that. Quick Google search and it just seems to mean that they are brother with less than a year between their birth. :o

When I saw the trailer, I really didn't like what I saw. Another university story. 4 Couples, so it will be messy and underdeveloped. I didn't like "We are" and the trailer give me that vibe. But, don't know why I decided to give it a try.

And I loved it... First of all: Only 2 couples. Some seems disappointed by that but for me it make this better. The production is nice. The story while kind of basic, work for me as it's well made so far. So yeah, I'm very surprised but I guess it's a happy one. :o
