Well ending destroyed everything!!!
All the hype and interesting plot upto 16th episode went all to drain. From writer's POV this might be a good and happy ending. But, from my view the ending is worst. It's like a firework went upto the sky but didn't burst into beautiful sparkels that we are expected and excited to see. Still I gave an 8 because the story, plot, suspense, subtle romance is excellent till 15 episodes. Everyone in the cast gave their best performance, especially Lee Sung min's performance gave me goosebumps. As I said 8 for 15 episodes and 0 for ending. Was this review helpful to you?
Burden of Throne. "A Masterpiece on Screenplay"
Sit on this throne. Yes you will have power, yes you will have status, yes you will have authority. But no, you will never have peace.I think this is the only show that has ever truly depicted the burden of sitting on a throne during Five dynasties Ten kingdoms era. They took historical records, added a bit of fiction and drama and written a compelling story.
This truly deserves a 10/10. Why? Not only because of the screenplay but also the production, background score and an impeccable performance. This is not just a regular TV drama but a true experience of Chinese Five dynasties Ten kingdoms era history.
P.S: Of course, these historical figures weren't truely fighting only for common people. But I am sure that they were very conscious and tried very hard to bring a peaceful and a prosperous era so people won't suffer.

Kim Sabu on Steroids!!!
A young Dr. Romantic without any handicaps and a bit of action. This is the overall gist of the drama. Although, the way of direction seems similar to Dr. Romantic in the beginning, it shifts later. It is well-paced and thoughtfully grounded, striking a perfect balance between drama, comedy, medical elements, and social issues faced by doctors. The credit goes to the writer, who did an outstanding job adapting the webtoon to the screen. I believe the entire cast delivered exceptional performance.
Ultimately, this drama is a worthy pick to binge on a weekend.

In the end the turtle won!
The beginning is slow paced as a turtle in the race. But the slow pace worked very well here. In the end all that character building brought out an excellent plot. The background score is the highlight of this production. Very well composed. As always great performance by all the cast involved. Solid performance from Jung Woong In and Lee Tae Sun. With the suspense, cliffhangers and clever direction made this turtle win the race.p.s: twenty episodes is still little bit overkill but still well deserved.
