This show absolutely did not disappoint! It was nothing like what I originally thought it would be and is definitely underrated. The story is unique and something I've never really seen before, though it did remind me of one show. However, this drama holds its own ground very strongly! The cast was well picked, and it was nice to see a lot of diversity, acceptance, and humanity throughout the entire show.

Each episode had an interesting story to tell so each piece (aka episode) fit into the ending puzzle well. and each episode's story did just that perfectly! Granted, I haven't watched a lot of dramas so I may be wrong, and lots of these circumstances are ones I've seen before, however, I've never seen any of these circumstances played out so well (let alone mixed into the story so well) as this show has portrayed them. It was really amazing to watch each person grow and find the place that they belong, either by themselves or with the help of others. This show displayed so many different human emotions with real, honest humility and portrayed humanity as something tangible and kind.

I honestly learned a lot about many different things from watching this show.

Extremely well written, directed, and filled with an amazing cast! This drama is now one of my all time favorites! I binged watched this show within one day and it was absolutely worth it. The story, plot twists, and separate character stories alike were nothing I've ever seen played out in movies or other tv shows, or even read in books. I have to admit when I saw that Kaname Jun was in the cast I was set on watching, however, once I started episode 1 I was hooked from the first minute!

The story is interesting, sweet, filled with mystery, and a lot of light. I laughed with each episode, cried with a couple of episodes, worried over a few characters, got angry a few times even; but overall, this show is literally one in a million and I absolutely adore the story being told.

I think this show could possibly do with a special episode, or two! Maybe even a second season. I loved watching Takahashi Issei at work! All of his expressions, his genuine smile, his reactions to pleasant and unpleasant things, the way he interacted with strangers and family/friends, the way he got along with George and "spoke" with the animals were very amusing and wonderful to watch. I have to say that I really learned a lot from Aikawa-sensei!

This show teaches a lot of different ways of thinking, as well as different ways to go about thinking of new things or the same thing. I really believe this show is a fantastic way of teaching the differences in people, not to mention every other living thing(s), and is something that no one should miss out on.

This season was way too good! I even looked up the drama's webpage for the insert songs, and Japanese remakes of America shows always seem so much better in my opinion!

The show itself was spooky and full of suspense and thrilling moments. It definitely fit right in after the first season and absolutely made me want more. Each actor was amazing and at the end of this season it felt like their roles were just opening up for the viewers and for each person's personality to be explored; however, I did like how they all seemed to fit like puzzle pieces, acting and reacting well with each other to form the perfect team.

If you enjoy thrilling suspense, spooky detective work, and true-to-life stories then this show is absolutely a must see! It's a drama that is wonderfully made, right down to the last second.

This movie isn't as cliché or predictable as one would think... certainly I didn't think so! I went in to this movie expecting a completely different outcome! However, the entire movie is really sweet without being too heavy on Christmas and has just enough romance to be in that genre; it's more slice-of-life romance, I think. Ikuta Toma and Aiba Masaki were really great in this (they both played characters that seemed different than their usual), but I would have liked to see them interact more, but that's just my personal preference since I really like the way they both act. This is a really good movie, sweet and silly without being too tragic of a love story. I really hope more people will watch this story!

This show was nothing like what I suspected it to be; each episode is such a cliffhanging thriller and I never knew what would happen next! The feelings within each episode were so raw and genuinely honest that they were almost tangible. This heart-pounding, gut-wrenching show was so intriguing that it kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning until the end!

This story started off as a typical police/crime drama, however, it is much, much more than only that. This show blows apart the typical parts of such dramas and creates a whole new style. Never have I seen such an amazing story about the good, the bad, the ugly, and the dark sides of one "organization".

Each person in this story took on their own role with such a large amount of respect that you could feel the tension, not to mention the genuine emotions that each person had while filming this show. The definition of this show is most honestly: tangible. As I've said above, each moment was intensely tangible.

Not once will you regret this show. Each second is filled with moments that will take your breath away!

Kawaguchi Haruna is also fantastic in this drama, but to be honest, I really began watching this show for Koizumi Kotaru. And if you're a fan of Koizumi Kotaru then this drama is for you! Both actors/actresses are amazingly talented in skill, emotion, realism, personality, and so much more. But to be honest, I'm more of a Koizumi fan, which is why I wanted to watch this drama and he definitely does not disappoint in this show! He sticks out as someone (for lack of a better word) with more refined skills in this series, which is, as he does in his other works I've seen, what made me like his acting and shows in the first place!

The story itself is a little slow moving at the beginning but it isn't bad or uninteresting at all in the least! I really think this show is a hidden, underrated gem!

It is not often that I say this, because a show or a movie has to be really special, almost near "perfection", to be able to make me say this, but... I adore this series.

Have you watched a tv show or read a book or played a video game and then watched its movie, or vice versa? You have expectations, right? You'll think: "It's going to be so amazing!", or "I bet everyone will be just the same!"... but once you go see it, you realize there have been many changes or everything is completely different; or even just one tiny change has made the entire story completely... well, wrong. I have to be honest, I had those fears before I watched this movie, since this is a series that I came to absolutely adore... and I was not disappointed. If anything, I was most definitely surprised and I fell in love with the characters, the stories, the ambiance, the calming effect of human decency and honesty and the unique, relatable humility that each person showed within this movie and each of its stories.

And I know I say that in a lot of my reviews, of this movies' first three seasons and other series and movies, but I have to tell you that I am being 100% honest in saying that this show has shown me more honesty, humanity, humility, love, understanding, kindness, consideration, and depth within reality and movies/tv shows a-like that I am in awe of its talents.

To be honest, I wasn't sure if I would like this drama or not at the beginning... But I am so glad to tell you that I was "sincerely" wrong! Get it? (lol)

In the beginning, the synopsis is what piqued my interest, but after looking at the cast and seeing a few of my favorite actors/actresses, I began to watch it. Throughout this entire show, I sympathized with each character as they worked hard in the office and in their daily life; even empathizing with a couple of characters specifically. This show really hit me in the stomach... hard! I could feel each and every character's determination and efforts, as well as their disappointments and worries through the entire show. The actors and actresses cast for this show were superb and their talent was amazing; it was like I was watching how a real office works instead of a drama show.

The story itself was really unique, definitely one of a kind! I really admire Ataru for how hard she worked just to be herself and not someone who has such a"special skill", which is something you don't really see in the typical supernatural/psychological genre. This show has so many lessons within each episode and every story through the entire show is so heartfelt.

This movie takes on a different life than the original anime. It takes scenes and lines from the original show but it also takes on a new life with a new scenario as a live-action, and I feel that the way the writer(s) and director mixes the two definitely makes the movie!

Each actor was wisely chosen for their part and the way they all worked well with each other was superb! The chemistry between each person was felt throughout the movie. I felt like I was watching a special episode of the anime, the characters in this live-action fit so well to the original characters of the anime. Definitely a fantastically made anime to live-action movie.

Ghosts and Bunnies!

This show is hilarious, thrilling, suspenseful, deep, genuine, and very unique. I do not understand how this series has only 9 episodes!

The cast was perfectly in sync with each other; comedic delivery and response(s) were on point, the romance levels were just right to fit within supernatural, suspense, mystery, thrilling, action, and comedy genres (and I'm sure a few more I'm not thinking of), the personalities of the actors themselves really came through in the characters they played which made the characters seem like real people!

I have to say, this show was very well made too. I seriously wish this show had a second season or even 12 episodes. The ending seemed to be lacking in a few areas and I was left with the "I want to see more; I want to know more about these people" type of feeling. This show is not one to be missed out on though! I definitely recommend this series!

Before I get started in the review, I have just one thing to say! Yes, I did watch this show because Kaname Jun was a lead actor; yes he does appear in every episode; however, I suggest that you not let him become the ONE AND ONLY reason you are watching this drama.

The story is absolutely heart wrenching, sad, upsetting, thoughtful, unique, ingenious, kind, silly, happy, and filled with a lot of genuine honesty from a family, from friends, and from coworkers that you don't really see a lot of from this genre/type of drama. To be honest, I was a little hesitant in watching (even if Kaname Jun is acting as a main character) this series because it seemed more of a comedic take on family life while being a detective. But, once I started watching the first episode, I realized that I was wrong. This show sincerely and seriously takes on the aspect of being a working detective and head of the house hold; it shows, in true honesty, just how hard balancing two jobs (detective and father/husband) can really be. So, to me, this show is very much true to life.

Each actor played their character with respect, honesty, kindness, and sincerity; and I'm not saying you don't see that anymore, but even down to the child actors I felt that their skill and talent was close to perfect for each story and case that arrived. I'm very glad that I decided to watch this show and I definitely hope a lot more people give this drama series a chance!

This had the potential to be so much more! I watched this special/film mostly for the cast but the story turned out to be amazing as well! I wish they did (or would) put this story in to a drama or a sequel film! This show has the potential to get a lot of love from a lot of people! From the cast to the story, it was all very uniquely well done and I would love to see more! I really liked the idea of a detective story like this film! I definitely recommend that more people watch this show! It made me laugh, made me cry, made me sad, mad, and angry, too. A lot of emotions all wrapped in to one! This story was fantastic!

Am I the only one who thinks the detective genre/series is a great fit for Yamada Ryosuke? I mean.... "Tantei Gakuen Q" and then the "Kindaichi" series, too. Also, Yokoyama Yu is always a fantastic actor! His talent to submerge himself in to his acting is amazing! This special/film was the prequel story before the series, so I don't want to say too much.

It did move fast in some areas of the film, but it also didn't go so fast that you would miss something or not understand something. The story, itself, progressed rather quickly, I thought. But, that also could be my imagination because ever since I pressed play on this story I have been completely sucked in!

This is one of the most heart-wrenching, relatable shows I have seen in a long time! Although I can see, and sort of agree, with how and why a few commenters have said they've dropped this show, however, on the other hand, with such an amazing cast and a very thoughtful, tangible, genuine story of life and friendships and reality, I just don't see how they could drop it!

If you've seen the American show "Friends", then the feeling/air of this show is something similar, though I wouldn't say it's an exact copy because it definitely has its own fantastic qualities! The synopsis, and even title of the show itself, suggests that it is a show about men and how they move throughout their life/lives while being single. But do not let that throw you, and do not let this show fool you! Sure there are a few slow moments, but if you pay attention to detail (mostly words and how the actor himself/herself portrays their character) during those slow moments, you'll realize that everything that person says and does is pretty beneficial to the show as a whole.

This show is not just a story about the three main characters friendships within their "lair" or within their group; it also shows a lot of how society manipulates and recreates us as human beings, not to mention our relationships within our families, romantic relationships, and within our jobs. This show brings to life the actual act of human life; real, raw, and honest!

Unexpectedly Intense

This show was way more involved and intense than I thought it would be! If you're looking for a quick, dramatic, epic show of detective skills that aren't always on the up-and-up or a show that seems to be a little more bad than good, then maybe this show is for you!

Also, if you're a Nakamura Tomoya fan then you should check this show out. It's nice to see him in a light that seems more "on the line" of good and evil than pure good, or pure evil. The "on the line" feeling is what makes this show so intensely interesting and mesmerizing!

I do feel that this show is missing something, I can't put my finger on it but it feels a little lacking in some aspects in a couple of episodes. The dramatics aren't car chases or explosions, but somewhere in the middle of the same type of danger level. It sort of feels like "anticipation" of what's to come is building and building but the "what's to come" doesn't necessarily happen immediately... its the building and building that keeps you on the edge of your seat and keeps you entranced!
