Debated about watching season two but because there was like five years between the first season and second season and I know that they’ve said that there’s not that wait for the third season I was like I don’t want to be an agony so should I just wait?😂

When I think of the Cousin, I think the fact that she’s been treated or has had to act like she’s inferior to the legitimate daughter, her entire life, being humiliated and bullied, has obviously permanently damaged her self-worth. She finally decided to do something about it and think of herself for once even if she definitely went about it the wrong way. Because she has an inferiority complex and doesn’t think very well of herself I don’t think she realizes that the way she’s treated at home and the way she’s treated or could be treated elsewhere could possibly be worse

I have not read the novel but there a lot of changes from what I understand in the novel she and Jiang Li go through a transmigration of the Soul where they both died but. XXY's Soul goes into JL's body and she physically becomes JL
