they sort of knew the truth for always and this what explains that they have more emotional attachment and support…
So I’m a bit confused because I thought that she had brought the oldest son into the marriage with her and then had the two other children with her current husband. But after the drowning incident, I felt like the husband favoured the older son is he acted like the younger son wasn’t his at least that’s the feeling I got . When the oldest son was being resuscitated, I definitely felt like he showed him preferential treatment, since he didn’t even listen to him while the other child was being resuscitated, he just automatically blamed him without getting in the full story. in one of the episodes, she even comments that he should be nicer to the male lead because he’s acting like he’s not his and the husband turns around and says you treat your other children better than you treat your own son or something like that.
It is beyond ridiculous that the emperor's escort would be unarmed. That would just never happen.
You’re kind of confusing me Chengges father didn’t kill her mother lol. In the beginning, we were led to believe that she thought her uncle had killed her mother, because the dagger that she had given him was found in her mother‘s room, so she made an assumption. But then, at the end we find out that her mother had actually taken her own life out of guilt for betraying Chennges father her husband . Her mother had overheard The emperor talking about having his brother Assassinated since his brother and her used to be in love, she wanted to warn him, but the warning him led to his uprising, and the death of Chengges father. Chengges Mother and uncle used to be in love the Uncle was sent away to war, but was going to come back and marry her Mother the emperor use the opportunity of his brother‘s absence to marry her instead. Her uncle loved her mother and would never have killed her He was going to let her live, but she took her own life out of guilt for betraying her husband the emperor.
Well, after ep 8, these are my theories:- ML is also taken aback from past, got smitten by FL in the present so…
From others comments that, I’ve read, from people who’ve seen the Webtoon I’m pretty sure, and this is just my assumption that the assistant is not blood related. Apparently, in the web tune, he was actually helping the female lead because her evil adoptive mother had also hurt or killed his mother or at least somebody that he cared about a lot. Where is in the TV show I think to add drama they make his intentions a lot more ambiguous.
i love it but im ready for the actual revenge because yi-joo's whole bloodline and do-guk's whiny ass brother…
Well, his brother is a victim complex. It’s like dude you were injured through your own fault lol. The reason why your mother doesn’t like you is because you’re manipulative conniving weasel, like I understand, being angry in the moment after what happened, but nobody seems to try to find out the male lead side of things they just automatically believe the older brother. His brother has this sense of entitlement like the world owes him lol.
I'm on ep4, surely the ML knew about or already loved the FL before they originally met right? The way he knew…
I had been reading Some other comments from people who have seen the web tune, that I read the first time they actually met, was at her wedding to her current ex fiancé.
I still can't trust him. Do you think he is for sure on the FL side? And maybe this painting reminds him at his…
Don't know if they changed it in the drama comments I've read of people who've read the webtoon he is firmly on the female lead side because apparently the evil adoptive mom killed is Mom or somebody that he was close to or something. The drama makes his motivations more ambiguous though
yeah, notice how she slyly throws out the ones that dropped. Can't have anyone inspecting them.
Also, I never understood from an earlier episode. She was also feeding the female lead some kind of tablet which she wasn’t taking and I was like girl why don’t you take it in somewhere to have it tested now that you’ve left the house and then you’ll have proof😂
So how long does it usually take to air after that?
There is no set date modern dramas usually are more likely to air very quickly after getting their distribution license. Where as historical, Wuxia or Xanxia can take anywhere from months to years which is insane
is this cancelled cz of bl ban or bcz of themes dramas?
So only eight episodes were aired. I think they were hoping to get around the censorship by airing it quietly, but then had to stop airing because it started trending and becoming more popular. The eight episodes were up for a really long time but then they took them down because of a legal dispute due to copyright infringement, I had heard that they used someones image without permission. At Least that was the excuse as to why they had to take the episodes down. Personally, I think that was just an excuse to give them a reason to have the episodes pulled but who knows.
I’ve read a lot of comments for people say that is a happy ending, but can someone just confirm that everyone who is evil gets there just desserts? Lol
Others Comments I've read in their first life the first time they met was at her wedding.
To be honest, I’m not sure I don’t think he had a crush on her at that point. I only know that that’s where he first met her from the comments I’ve read about the webtoon.
