They could have done a much easier and more in depth way of Nao realising his feelings for Suer, they were leaning into it a bit in Ep. 7 (23), but it's like they backed out. What would have worked better:
Suer actually leaving the apartment and no confession on his side takes place. Nao is left with deep confusion and hurt with his leaving. Nao stays in that state of depression and pain for a period of time till his friends and brother confront him that the ways he's behaving isn’t normal for a friend and to look deeply into what he's feeling. He then spends some days thinking about the past and the moments they share and slowly comes to the realization. He then tries to find Tiger, through his brother after getting the information from Jo or something. And as a concerned brother, he doesn't want to give this information to Nao, citing his reasoning as he doesn’t want to see his brother suffer any more heartbreak, which somehow clues in Nao slightly on Tiger's feelings. So he manages to convince Tiger's brother to give him the information. He rushes off to Tiger's new apartment and uses the same tricks to make Tiger let him in. But Tiger still wants to keep a distance, so after ensuring that he's fine he tries to seend him on his way. But Nao is insistent on talking to him, which then leads to minor argument, in which Tiger, now overwhelmed with emotions delivers the same confession (slightly altered) in Ep. 7 (23). After the confession there's a moment of silence, Nao respondes with a simple 'I Like You.'
But Tiger, still caught up in his emotions doesn't hear Nao. Realizing that he didn't hear him, Nao grabs Tiger's shoulders to place his attention on him, once he has it he repeats the words again. Which Tiger then refutes, not believing him saying that he's only telling him that because he feels sorry for him. And it's only until Nao grabs/holds him by the cheeks and delivers a tearful 'I Love You' does he start to believe, as Nao never cries.
And all this takes place in the one episode (Ep.7/ 23). They can the procced with the boyfriend things in the last episode.
But the point is, she has a reputation of having a nauseating voice. And about the hater thing, I'm not deep enough into the Cdrama world to be a hater of anyone.
yep can't understand lack of reaction on her actions from everyone else, it was immersion breaker for me
Like she was the blame for legit everything, and that's not even an exaggeration. The way how everyone just let's her off after all the suffering she caused (to the point of the death), like even she herself doesn't seem to realize she's the cause of that, and not Bong Su; is something else.
I suppose they try to justify it by the fact that she was drunk, but even so, mistaking her bearded friend for…
The scene nd reasoning was absolutely baffling. The scene makes it seem like she had feelings for him even if she was drunk. Do they address it later on?
