I have a feeling that we are going to get a lot of flashbacks, which will help pad out some of the upcoming episodes and help establish in detail the events that led up to all this. There is an awful lot to explain.

And if JS did in fact, forge or falsify documents enabling CY to adopt the kids, then there can be no redeeming that character. She needs to be sent abroad for good.

I don't know. Am I assuming incorrectly that she adopted his kids?

When he said "Mom", and it hit him what was going on, that was it for me.

I'll watch in full tonight, but SW/ES/HY are irrelevant right now to me. This was EH & JAs episode.

I've given up on the timeline and am just ignoring it. And there are a lot of things that aren't making sense now: My biggest problem is, did CY adopt the kids? Divorce or not, JA would have had to give up her parental rights to permit CY to adopt the kids, if my understanding of SK law is correct. JA would obviously have never done this. Did JS forge her signature on those papers? I can't imagine. And why isn't EH angry with EA for hiding the truth about their real mom from him? I would be furious. My head hurts trying to reconcile these things, so I've just chosen to ignore it.

There will be a lot said about this episode, and rightfully so. I've only seen the last 5 mins and I could write a bunch about just that. But it does give me some hope for the writing team - as Episode 60, this SHOULD have been a Friday episode, with the ending scene a fitting cliffhanger. The Asian Games pre-emption screwed that up though. BUT, the writers stuck to their plan and kept this scene in 60. This tells me that there still IS a plan for this series, so I feel better.

Bravo, My Life 2022, Episode 103, about 1 minute from the end of the show. Nam SangJi and Yang Byeong Yeol.

I can't see how they are going to keep this show as "The story of how people who hate each other the most become the wildest, weirdest, yet hilarious family begins now!" There is too much bad blood now. This show has taken a turn towards darkness for me.

I does irk me that DG/CY keep referring to a 'misunderstanding'. DG, you secretly went to another woman's house for a night (not only another woman, but THE other woman) and didn't tell your wife. And she caught you holding hands with her. THAT AIN'T NO MISUNDERSTANDING, especially with CY sarcastically confirming that even her slightest meddling in their marriage caused it to collapse (probably her intention, anyhow).

The show is compelling, no doubt. But entertaining? We'll see. I really have no idea where they are going with this now. I really wanted something fun and light.

JS asked her if DG came home that night, as she saw him going to CY's house earlier that evening. JA made a bee-line to CY's place in the morning.

JA called her an adulterer in public.

EH is driving me absolutely CRAZY. No man would sit there and repeatedly listen to HY drone on about her obsession with SW and her justifications for it (especially a guy carrying a torch for that woman). That last scene, it seemed he WANTED to interrupt her and say SOMETHING, but he didn't.

At this point I'm yelling at him on the TV to hold her by the shoulders and look her in the eye and tell her how he feels!!! And that she needs to stop looking for love because she's found it. If she then keeps talking about her feelings for SW, then he needs to get up and leave. It's no wonder that he and his older sister have never been in a serious relationship before. It's like they keep waiting for someone to come to THEM.

You know, that's a good question! Maybe just the dead-fish ones?

I won't forget her kiss with "ChaYoel" when she wheeled him out of the hospital in the wheelchair and they talked outside that pretty glass sculpture in BML Episode 103 ( I even bookmarked it). That was so sweet and well-done - a really moving scene. The last 5 minutes of that episode may have been the best of that series.

I really wish Yang Byeong Yeol would make a cameo appearance here, but they won't do it. The chemistry he has with SangJi is the best I've ever seen in a daily drama.

There are at least 2 secondary couples, but the only "romance" here so far has been some hand-holding and hugging between leads. We're halfway thru the series now.
So far, none of the usual worn-out tropes.

Shouldn't JS be the one to explain everything to the kids? I mean it IS her fault.

I really thought they'd end the scene with her fainting, and he'd have to rush her to the ER.

I replied to you just now about JS. I think what made this even more dramatic and impactful was the lack of dialog between them at the end. Her trying desperately to remember her son in his facial features, especially his eyes, was pretty emotional. I can see where mother's would find that scene hard to watch.

What do they do with JS then, I wonder? I have no idea how she could be redeemed. Her usefulness to the plot is over (other than yet-another love interest for Dancing Grandpa). They should send her out of the country and write her character out.

Well, she DID breakdown in tears at the chicken store door that night. But she's on a mission now: For her, it's always been to find her kids. That's #1. She knows she can deal with DG/CY later. Look at her demeanor when she met DG that morning at the cafe. She's all business.

Who needs a redemption arc more? JS or HY? I can understand HY somewhat...but what JS did, while watching her own sister suffer! It's like she's unable to process someone else's feelings?
