I put off watching this for so long for a number of reasons, 1. I love LMH and I thought this was going to make a complete joke out of him. 2. In most of all LMH drama's he's amazing but the FL always pisses me off and other characters just rub me the wrong way. And 3. When I read that LMH character was acting gay my mind went to stereotypes, Even though LMH is who he is they are going to surround this around stereotypes their type of gay I was scared this was going to be a homophobic drama with nothing but jokes on the LGBTQ community. But after much hesitation and pretty much watching all LMH drama's expect this one, I just finished this drama the other day and I was surprised and how much I liked it. LMH played his character just right I didn't find him offensive at all. The FL was not annoying she was someone I can relate to the other characters are annoying but what else is new. And the Gay stereotypes well this was made around 2010 and I mean it's 2022 now so a lot has changed when it comes to how we see each other. well some of us at least, If this was a BL drama then I would find it totally different. This drama was different compared to other Kdrama's it was funny and there was some sweet moments that made it even better. I think when coming up with this drama they wanted different hence the pretending to be gay honestly to me it barely was a major factor in the drama it's like they just the the word "Gay" in a sentence here in there just to remind us the plot of the drama. Overall I'm glad I gave this a chance LMH is a wonderful actor and Son Ye Jin was amazing finally a FL who hasn't annoyed yet. I recommend this.

Jan Di & Joon Pyo are Korea's version of Ross & Rachel.....At least that's what kept thinking the entire drama.

This has to be the most anticipated BL EVER! But I swear If I have to wait longer than April....People are gonna get hurt.

K just finished it, held back the tears but omg! Seeing Miura Haruma smile and happy proves what a great actor he is/was. All I kept thinking throughout the drama was why couldn't Miura be as happy as Hiroto? I did break at the end, heaven did get a beautiful angel, And If you suffer from anxiety, depression please ask for help don't wear a fake smile and say everything is ok. #RIPMiura

So Terada moves into this sharehouse one of the roommates is her old classmate in JH they hooked up once, Terada's life isn't going the way she had hoped and reuniting with this old classmate Hongyo he basically says for the past couple of years he was not been able to "Get Excited" with any woman but Terada shows up and somehow it's a miracle this dude can get it up? So he asks her to "Help Him" So he can work on his next novel, Basically saying he needs to jerk off in the morning to write. and she goes for it.! Without asking questions like when did it exactly start did you see a doctor and most importantly have you been to therapy? Come on Terada "I feel Calm and relaxed when I'm with you" "I need you help to get back my happy morning" are the oldest lines in the book, seriously! A dude I was taking to always used those lines with me (Never Worked). And then the other roommate Hase practically puts down Terada then proposes to her and says "But you can still sleep with Hongyo" Honestly the only decent character in this drama was Akari. But this Sharehouse was more like a Orgy house that everyone needs therapy. After the ep 2 I just watch to laugh on how stupid and how Terada made Women look I'm not gonna go into a women's issue thing but this was so bad LOL! I This was really really bad at the FL and ML were both Hot. 😂

I'm on the 3rd episode. Why in these drama's are the FL's sooo annoying?

I don't see why this drama gets so many negative reviews I mean do I recommend it as your first Kdrama NO! but it's something to watch in-between your favorite BL and a high ranking Kdrama, Maybe watch an episode today then the next one a few days later, If you watch it one after the other I can get how this drama was annoying and pointless. The first time I watched it I had the same feelings many of you did, But I was just getting into Kdrama's so after watching a countless others The Heirs popped back up in my recommendations so I thought I'd give it another try using the method I said before, Watching it a second time I actually found more enjoyable. Especially after watching other drama's with both of the ML & FL in them ( Lee Min Ho & Park Shin Hye ) I was more openminded the second time around, All Drama's cannot be that perfect 10 star rating so we have to lower our expectations a little, Now this drama won't make my top 5 or 10 not even 20 but I'm re rating it as 7/10. Maybe some of you are like me and need a second go around or maybe a third time but I truly recommend if you did not like this drama try it again go in with a different mindset, And for those of you who haven't seen it because of the negative reviews just go into this drama with an open mind don't watch this drama episode after episode take a break it will help. Trust me guys it won't hurt. ....... PS Lee Min Ho himself said that if he could play one role for the rest of his life it would be Kim Tan from The Heirs. This Drama to me is just a layback when you don't know what to watch just put this on to watch drama and you get interested in it.

Anything with Lee Min Ho is worth watching. I need more of him I really liked him in Faith he should do a role like that again. (BTW haven't seen this yet it's on my list i'm rewatching Faith LOL)

I love this Drama but the ending I mean did Choi Young and Yoo Eun Soo get a happy ever after? The gaze they gave each other is not enough for me.

This series makes no sense, 1-5 felt like they just winged it.....With that being said 3 & 5 are my favorite because it focuses on Takumi & Gii. Even though it still made no sense in ep 3. idk I have a love/hate relationship with this BL. plus loved the recasting.
