He didn't vanish. He was serving in the army. He's currently an MC for SBS's reality show "K-Trot in Town" that…
He was? Oh, I didn't know. I kinda haven't been keeping up with kdramas and actors stuff for some time. Thanks for the update. Hope he comes back with an equally good drama. I fell in love with him in The package.

Yes, open ended endings are the best! It really lets you imagine a myriad of endings :)
In my mind, the happy couple ends up in the 1980's from the look of that last part.

Where they decide it was the best era and proceeded to have a family and live and grow old there.

In the meantime, LG abdicated the throne and Secretary Mo's son becomes the new king. But the happy couple comes to visit every now and then with their kids in tow.

Also JY an ES meet every friday to catch up :)

Let me make one thing clear: If you have to imagine and use your imagination to explain dozens and dozens of plotholes... you haven't found an answer or a solution. You're making something up that could easily be wrong.

And using your imagination constantly begs the question - why even watch the show when you can look at pictures of the cast and make up an entirely different story in your head?

Kim Eun-sook is a screen writer. We aren't screenwriters. If we were then what Kim Eun-sook gave us would make sense. We need to take her silly half-baked ideas and come up with something coherent and compelling to put on screen that audiences would enjoy. But we are not. We are the audience. Kim Eun-sook is the screenwriter.

The job of a screenwriter is to tell a coherent story. Kim Eun-sook failed to do that. She needs this criticism. She needs to understand she failed and why she failed. This show was a failure. Is this negative? Sure. That doesn't invalidate reality or people's opinions on this show.

So yes, watch this show if you can explain away dozens of plotholes with your own imagination but stuff like "oh I found the answer and you didn't" is simply not true.

I'm enjoying this drama and the leads are soo stinking cute....loved the beginning but...

It has slowed down for me after 14 ep and up....i feel the leads don't have as much sweet? Scenes? Not enough interactions?

Lots of things is going in and i feel bad for my puppy M.L.

This is for the comments that are discussing the age gap:
First to get the actors out of discussion...
They are adults for god sake! The are grown legal adults and amazing actors of course <3 <3. They are taking this the profesional way as actors, it is their job and there is actual no problem with that, but if you don't want to watch it, just don't watch and save the rest comments of disgust, because it is pointless.

Ok, great that out of the way, now I can say me opinion, well I don't think the age gap is weird. My grandmother married with an age gap of 20, and she loved my granddad, of course they were both adults when they fell in love. I knew them both so I believe age has nothing to do when it comes to love and probably many grown adults know that by now too, as life never fails to show the true side of things. Of course its more common to fall in love with someone near to one's age, but it's not the same for everyone, love does not follow a set of rules that say we have to love certain people with certain ages. It all falls down to if both people are really in love with each other, the best the rest can do is learn to accept it, because sometimes this can make a huge difference in their lives and can avoid people getting hurt unnecessarily.
