For sure she still put at least 20-30% time into family although maybe over 80% of the time into work. Nobody can have everything. Just because she is rich enough to retire doesn't mean she is so wrong to not retire. Somebody as rich as her, if she can bribe her kid with the most expensive things ever so she can go work, that probably does it for the kid maybe. The lucky thing is the kid is also not at a daycare but with her grandparents so she's not missing out on any family love from relatives. It is still a better situation than some people today where they have to work 80% of the time, but they are poor and cannot buy what they want for their kids for accommodation, and on top of that they probably put their kids at daycare to be looked after but missing out on the true family love. I think her family situation is not exactly that bad besides the rumors about her husband, most of all people hate and envy her success and beauty.

LOL why don't you go yell at the whole world then? Do you know how many overrated and overpaid actresses are out there who are all botox and plastic surgery from head to toe? Compare to those people, YM at least started out her career as a hardworking and famous, all-natural actress only up until she grew older now. Most actresses were unable to sell their natural faces and only became famous after plastic surgery. And now YM is now a big boss of a studio so of course her payment will be big.

And she delivers great quality works so she get the deserved attention. But she is fair too, whenever her works are not so good (Fuyao) she doesn't cheat for her ratings and reviews scores to get as insane as some other actresses. YM acknowledges her relationships even back when she was only dating, and she married openly. There are those who would deny their relationships at all costs and hide their marriage and even deny ever having children. Just because a lot of stars zip up their life does not mean they are so different from YM. Choosing 1 person to attack is just bias and unreasonable hate. Especially that YM is actually better than most actresses today. Crazy hater.

Whining for no reason ? Perhaps but i just can't understand why there is a prequel when the first was pretty well completed. Eulachacha waikiki is one of the few dramas where the ending was enough for me. I am not saying that because i don't want this drama to come back but just...i saw a lot of series/Dramas where a prequel was too much.
I hope i am wrong here...

Oh no...Not a second season please. The first was perfect ! Why a prequel ? There is no need to. I don't understand why such a thing; that will just ruin everything built so far...

I've searched on Baidu and all that but he's not listed for having a role in that drama. I've also searched his weibo since when an actor/actress has a role in a drama they'll also post about it but didn't see anything. When I type 彦希香蜜沉沉烬如霜 (Yan Xi Ashes of Love) this other dude appears which is Liao Jin Feng as Pu Chi. I think it's another actor or they could've mixed him up with Luo Yun Xi but I've contacted the channel manager so if I receive an answer then I'll contact you :))

What I want to see in this drama is revenge and justice served. BTW, I just realized that the ML name means revenge in Korean. Anyway, I don't ship Bok Soo with Soo Jung yet. I want her to prove herself first.

I have to say how this bothers me on some level. I know this is "just" starting, but no one else feels that the main actress is getting the short end here so far. I have been watching Kdramas a long time so long that I took a break. I was actually happy to see the main actress for the first time having a role that wasn't the bully. So far I am getting the message that you have to be skinny and pretty to get the guy and the job. I am not sure what the writers want me to feel, but I feel very disturbed by this. I remembered why I took a step back form Kdramas. Why do they have to make the main actress feel like complete S*** before a light bulb goes off? Why couldn't the drama flow for once the girl that didn't fit as the status quo get the guy on her own? Please don't say its still her on inside, that's bull.
I have watched the main actress in many different dramas and she deserves to shine not as the bully and certainly not as the "fat" girl that everyone dumps on. Once again am I the only one bothered by this? Once again I am confused as in why the main actor doesn't fall in love until she is skinny when the same woman has been with him for years, Some will say I should stop watching if I am so bothered, but that to wouldn't be fair to Kim Min Young.

I just finished episode 5 and I agree with your sentiments. I only have one observation of my own to contribute and that is this:

This is the first drama I have watched that made me want to slap all of the characters at some point for something they said or did or failed to say or do. This includes the protagonists and their "friends." I'm hoping that these strong feelings will result in even more satisfaction when the two main characters (whom I really want to route for) actually stand up for themselves and we finally see all the haters get their comeuppance.

Princess Agents, leaving it there is just criminal.
I know the actors were upset, because they signed on for the full story, but the production stopped at ''that'' point. It was meant to have been the full comprehensive story.
There may be no continuation, due to how upset the cast was with production.

I was fairly devastated about that, last year.
