You can wait then get what goes on abt her 😐 how can you guys even judge abt something never happened yet.......
Why are you even so bothered with me not wanting to watch that you wrote many comments? Did you direct this series or something? Chill dude/girl me not watching it isn't gonna lead to the drama's ruin obviously so leave me alone, and stop wasting your time on comments like mine that aren't your thing, just like how I won't waste my time on a drama that isn't my thing to begin with. This website exist so that people know what is their thing and what's not, and share their honest opinions whether they like the dramas or not.

Guess what? I did actually watch many dramas which I didn't like the synopsis of thinking I wasn't being fair and hoping I might be wrong and they might turn out good later, and what was the result?

Utter waste of time, I still didn't like nor enjoy most of them. So far I watched more than 100 Kdramas, and lots of Jdramas, Cdramas, Thai dramas, and even some Taiwanese, Filipino, and Vietnamese dramas in case what you're trying to get at is that am a rookie drama watcher here. Even if I was a rookie, it's nothing to make fun of, it's not like any of us will get a degree, golden medal, or a million dollar over being a veteran drama watcher.

Find other fans of the drama to chat with and have fun, I'm not hating on you or trying to be rude to you personally, so lets allow each other to life peacefully and logically without unnecessary drama and hate on this website.

You don't understand my point, the plot itself isn't my thing to begin with. I didn't get that interested anyway when reading the synopsis but since I wanted more shows to watch I was willing to give it a chance, but then again didn't feel that excited and the libido thing turned me off completely, so instead I found other shows that made me more interested. Nowadays I only will bother watching if the plot according to the synopsis might truly have something to lure me in.

You know like ads for products? The purpose of them is to make people want to buy the actual product, if they aren't that good then most people won't bother buying nor trying it.

Title The Fabulous Spoiler
Oh, finally I managed after so much effort and whole two weeks to finish this drama. In my opinion they should've named it The Shallow Society or Stereotypes: The Series instead. I find it utterly baffling how some people say it's a sophisticated and great drama, but of course everyone got their own taste and I don't have the right to force others to agree with me, I know all that so anyway here is my personal opinion. I'm not against a show or song not having dark and deep meanings, or having genius characters at all, am cool with some shallowness, stereotypes, and light hearted stuff as well, but only when it's done in an actually fun and non overly insulting way.

To be fair this drama had both positive and negative parts, though the negative parts were more, but the positive ones are worthy of mentioning as well.

Negatives:
1- Almost none of the characters were likeable or well written. Only character I genuinely loved and didn't have that much issues about was the super model/Seon-ho even though she also didn't has that much character development till the end. Loved how she handled the issue with that other model in a very mature way after protecting her from that rich woman and protected other two models in last episode.

She is very honest, straightforward, bold, confident, and loyal. I also love the actress's visuals, she has a perfect body that I wish I could have sadly my dang short ass height won't allow me, stunning face, sharp and pretty monolid eyes, and crazy charisma. I totally forget about everyone else including Minho when she on screen. Even her hairstyle and her way of walking (I mean her normally walking not only on runways), I always wondered if is she is indeed a model in real life as she totally seemed like it, and turns out she is!

Every outfit fit her perfectly and all her clothes looked overall amazing (The cool brown jacket in episode 1 she wore after the fashion show, The grey suit in episode 3, The blue jacket and lavender long skirt in episode 7, That light pink dress she was wearing during the time she fought that other model in her ex boyfriend's show part was gorgeous and she made it look even more gorgeous, the tight blue long dress and the black dress with very long tail in last episode, and the super puffy dress designed by Joseph in episode 1 with the silver hair accessories and Kelp hairstyle also fit her greatly, she kinda looked like a beautiful mythical creature). I basically have a massive crush on the actress at this point and she nailed her role lmao can't wait to see her acting in another actually good drama in future, especially as FL.

2- The FL's character was pure trash and was the character I hated the most. Yeah she isn't a villain or literally evil, but she was your typical stupid, clumsy, childish, preachy even when on the wrong herself, constant damsel in distress who is only great at being lost, in trouble, or literal danger female character who obviously has a very unlikeable personality and rely heavily on male characters to always save her ass, solve issues for her, protect/take care of her, and do stupid tasks for her like a servant all day long since she is unable to do it herself even though she is an adult who should know how to rely on herself, do her own shit, and supposedly have a brain as well.

Yeah she did say she tried her best at her job, and that she doesn't want to rely on connections blah blah...but every time she tries to do that, something bad happen and guess who comes to the rescue? The ex boyfriends squad, and sometimes her friends.

Can we please kill this terrible never dying trend already and have more decent FL characters, please! Why make them this way in 98% of dramas and attempt to glorify male characters only by making them seem more badass, competent, and cool??? Can't the female characters be the tough, athletic, competent, and badass ones mostly rescuing the day and helping/protecting ML (Like female characters in Alice in Borderland or the FL in Flower of Evil), or make it equal by having both leads help and protect each other.

Also I found it amusing how she always act as if she struggling so hard to survive when basically her biggest issue in life is her having to pick between two hot and rich guys, and an aspiring younger cute model who chase after her as if she is the best or only woman that is left on planet earth (Which is clearly not the case, the actress is cute and has a pretty smile but she isn't drop dead gorgeous enough for me to believe they are into her for the looks, especially ML and 2ML, and her personality is ass so...typical reversed harem shows bland and garbage main character, ugh). Why are these two guys into her and fighting to be her lover? We know the younger dude chased her to take advantage of her job, meanwhile the other two supposedly liked her, I will never understand why they did, and the plot didn't help to clarify that either.

I mean yeah she gets a bit harassed and humiliated in work, but so what? Almost everyone goes through that crap unless they are filthy rich or in a very powerful position, and compared to people with low income jobs, the amount of humiliation and struggles she faces is nothing at all. At least she still gets to go back to her expensive apartment to wear her brand clothes and then goes out to drink with her friends the whole night without worrying about becoming homeless or starving to death any moment lol (Sounds like me being salty here, I know but I couldn't help it).

Style wise most of her outfits were gorgeous, but sometimes she had some outfits I would expect a woman in her 70s or 80s to wear (Like her outfit and shoes on Ep 6 during her break up scene with Nam Jin, I could totally see my grandma wearing that, the white dress with frills on top, and the ugly wrinkled light blue outfit in episode 8). Make up was always on point though. I hate her hairstyle, but somehow the actress makes it work, on other people that hairstyle would look ugly, but not on her.

3- The whole cheating thing, what was the point of making the FL cheat on her politics loving boyfriend in first episode? How did that help the plot? How did it make the FL any likeable? Like from that moment and then her lying blatantly and proudly about her cheating to her boyfriend's face, then rushing to get all upset and preachy over super model's ex boyfriend cheating on her and even calling him a "threat to society" for being a cheater was just too much and instantly made me despise her.

Like was that supposed to be funny? Or it's an attempt to make the drama feminist friendly or liberal and cool by having this horrible double standards that females are allowed to cheat, it's okay, and can be forgotten about completely, but when a guy does it, it makes him a monster and worthy of at least getting drinks splashed over his body as punishment.

Like if that what they had in mind then that's just sad, cause that's not feminism logic at all (Maybe it is for the fake ass crazy feminists we see nowadays, but it's not the true meaning of feminism nor what is being open minded and liberal about), and it just felt as if they were glorifying the whole cheating thing.

Just like other dramas that include seriously bad things like sexual assault, abuse, and even rape in relationships and make them seem cute, romantic, and normal. It's cool for them to include these things only if they do it for the purpose of teaching a good lesson about how awful these behavior are and that no one should do them cause they lead to ruins of humans, not to make the romance spicy or cute.

Or maybe that was their lousy attempt to make the drama have a mature vibe? But why they think being mature and an adult is all about drinking till you pass out, basically living in night clubs, one night stands, and cheating?! It felt as if they tried so hard to give the drama this Hollywood style by picking the most garbage stereotypes of Hollywood you could ever think of and include it in the plot. Honestly first episode was one of the worst first episodes I have ever watched in drama history. Netflix really love to ruin so many shows by doing this exact crap over and over again.

And for any person who might try to rush to come at me, to write a long lecture about how that I shouldn't say cheating, one night stands...etc are only western/Hollywood thing.

Yeah I know cheating, party life blah blah exist in the whole world, but guess what? Unlike in the west where dramas and movies love to show these stuff all the time, have constant intense and graphic sex scenes, and basically glorify everything I mentioned before about how adult life is supposed to be in their eyes. Asian dramas are mostly the quite opposite, most of the time you wait at least till episode 8 for the leads to bother kiss and sex scenes are super rare, especially in first episode. You know?

That's not really Asian style since their culture is still more on the conservatives side, so it's very valid to say they are being more Hollywood like. Am not hating on the west here, or against having fun, partying, and being all free (As long as you're not doing something really harmful or wrong), and yes Hollywood still has a great side to it by producing really amazing shows and unforgettable movies, but I'm just stating facts and I find it sad they like to copy the bad sides only of Hollywood that made me stop watching western shows completely.

4- ML was just meh, pretty weak written, at times he was a bit creepy and annoying (How he blatantly chases after female lead while knowing she is dating another person, hits on her clearly in front of said other person, thinking that it's okay for them to have a friends with benefit casual relationship cause it's easier that way since he is too lazy to be serious and emotional, yet dislike it when she be with another man or want to have a serious relationship with anyone, and how he is so indifferent and dead inside like she said, I get that's how the character is supposed to be, the non emotional/expressive type, but god damn he is indeed annoying by being that way).

Some times he was a bit sweet by how he respects the FL wishes when she told him to let her drink alone and not following her everywhere like a stalker to shove his feelings down her throat, and how he helped with her grandma and the Audrey show issues. So although he isn't 100% trash like FL, he is still 90% trash lol

Though honestly the fact that he barely work and has almost zero passion about anything in life apart from simping for FL and playing around, yet still lives the luxury, responsibility-free life is also a bit infuriating when tons of people work like donkeys all day long everyday, and yet still struggle to stay alive.
love Minho though and am a big fan of Shinee so I will watch any drama/movie him or other members participate in, Minho, Seon Ho, Joseph, along with the friendships and fashion were the only reasons I managed to finish this shit show.

5- So many creepy as hell and despicable characters in plot:

I- The Shim Doo Young/young model guy creeped me to death, like from the first moment he showed in the break up scene in first episode as a waiter, smiling from ear to ear like a maniac all the time for no good reason while witnessing such a non-happy and embarrassing moment, I found myself disliking him. And he kept saying and doing so many creepy and irritating things that made me eventually hate his guts. I know why he acted that way, but doesn't makes it any less creepy.

Hated when Joseph kept talking about how great he was. I mean Actor is adorable (His visuals are good enough to work as an idol, though he doesn't look like nor give me a model vibe at all), but character is pointless and scary as fuck. Thanks to his odd behavior I did expect him to turn out to be a stalker sociopath who tries to murder the FL by the end of the drama due to her not wanting to be with him before they revealed he done it to improve his career or whatever.

He is arrogant to death, loves mooching off other people, rude, fake, overly energetic, cheesy, and as clingy as a blood sucking parasite. Oh, I would rather jump of a cliff than force myself to handle someone like him lmao
His scenes with that other girl (Whom he supposedly is dating in episode 6 were a waste of screen time, like why they add so many stupid subplots in only 8 episodes drama?!).

II- Seon Ho's ex boyfriend, that cold and painfully rude and heartless, self-centered prick. He talked and acted like a robot.

III- That JD brat who "defines Gen Z" (Whom I wished I could slap many times, actress is cute as hell and I loved all her outfits, the pink hair and the red carpet hairstyles were stunning, but god damn the character is awful. I'm Gen Z myself and though I know our generation is fucked up in a way and that's is the case for all generations, none is perfect, having her define us is tragic. Her scene with the gum was super disgusting, can't stand when people eat gum with an open mouth while making tons of noise in that non-civilized manner), and her MS. Hong stylist or whatever that rude woman is supposed to be was also shit although she got a bit better later. Both deserved some good slaps.

IV- Even FL's boss/CEO was annoying and pathetic at doing her job and just threw the FL under the bus all the time, making her do everything while she was busy panicking and drinking.

V- FL's ex boyfriend who is into politics and economy, he broke up with her after basically calling her dumb and shallow, saying that she isn't of his league, then all of a sudden he makes a U turn and decides he likes her and wants her back, acting all gentleman like, supportive, and romantic afterwards...in like three days after their break up! What the actual heck was that?!

It's amusing how according to him being into/knowing about politics and economy...is the only instant way to makes someone a worthy member of living in society, yeah they are useful and important topics, but not knowing that much about them is nothing deserving of being insulted like that, and I'm saying this even though I majored in economics myself lol

I was also a bit upset that she decided to get back with him after his rudeness, but then I remembered her whole cheating and lying thing then I realized that they were perfect for each other in a way, since both are shit (Though to be fair, at least he didn't cheat on her like how she done to him which was way worse deed than him being rude during break up, so she still wasn't fully worthy of him just like he said in episode 1).

He just existed to drag the plot until it's time for the leads to finally become a couple again. To be fair, at least I didn't suffer with second lead syndrome this time which is great. The actor is good at acting though, would love to see him in another drama with a role that isn't being a douchebag. If it wasn't for his rudeness and shit logic in first episode, I would totally love him and prefer him over ML, since after them getting back together he actually acted like a proper, sweet, and respectful lover, he is good looking and elegant, has a bright future, and his family seems nice and open minded, unlike irresponsible, boring, and immature ML.

VI- And of course the FL and ML. I mean it would be okay if it was a drama having villains as main leads (Though even villain characters can be likeable, relatable, and well written, even more than hero characters). But here they are supposed to be good, normal people.

Having this grand amount of characters in one drama be this toxic and hate able (The main leads included) is an accomplishment!

6- Hated the stereotype that any fashion related person should be shallow, stuck up, selfish, stupid, have zero manners and respect to anyone or anything, especially if they are in a higher work position, and that gay guys (Joseph and the utterly annoying Thierry and Mr. Kang dudes) or transgenders should act in that over the top, cringe, "Feminine" way.

I'm not against gay guys acting/looking feminine or cross-dressing, Androgynous style for both genders is my favorite and I'm 100% all for guys of any sexuality with make up, long hair, skirts, dresses, nail polish...etc as well as girls with very short hair and masculine style, that's totally my type and thing actually as a genderfluid/pansexual person myself, but hate when they make gay guys that way most of the time in shows as if they can't behave normally or be more on the manly side be it style or attitude-wise. Just like when they make tomboyish girls mostly very "manly", vulgar, have zero fashion sense, and have extreme hatred to girly girls or anything supposedly girl related like make up. Seon Ho is a good representation for a mostly tomboyish girl personality-wise yet mostly girly style-wise (According to what the ML said about her, that she used to play soccer with boys and beat them up...etc).

In transgenders case they make the transgenders behave in a way even the most girly non-trans/biologically born women don't do and make it for the comic relief purpose, making other characters and the watchers make fun of them, and view them as dumbasses or crazy (Great example is trans characters in Thai BL dramas, most of them get on my nerves greatly).

Anyway Joseph is sweet and was my second favorite character. He looked really nice with his hair up and that outfit in his fashion show in last episode. But since they literally showed five gay characters in the same damn drama, they could at least make each one of them different than make most of them act cringe as hell.
Even one gay character acting like that is too much, let alone three! The guy whom Thierry was in love with (Who clearly was trying his best to hide himself being gay) and the one whom Jospeh was crushing on seemed to be the only normal ones among the five, if they also acted like retards that would be depressing.

7- The leads barley had chemistry and their acting wasn't that great, both seemed tired, blank, or bored while saying the most emotional and romantic lines, especially Minho, FL's actress done better to be fair.

They could pass for friends, siblings, or cousins, but not more than that, and even after they decided to get together in ep 6 then started acting all childish, cringe, and lovey dovey in ep 7, I still didn't feel any romantic vibe at all (Seriously I always fail to understand why they show many couples in dramas acting overhype, chasing after each other in parks playing tag and whatever, jumping around and playing with toys like 4 years old kids, I even saw couples in their 40's doing that crap in some movies...yeah keeping your youth and youthful soul blah blah is nice and I do believe that yes even adults should have fun just like kids, I get it, I also love playing some kids video games, going to amusement parks, and till this day I still watch some kids shows like sponge bob, Gumble, Adventure Time, Monster High, Totally Spies, and we bare bears...etc but it still looks gross when watching couples act that way in dramas, especially adult ones lol).

I mean both Minho and FL's actress tried their best clearly with the shit script and roles they were given, I know cause I have seen Minho act in other dramas/movies and he has done much better job. I know he isn't a bad actor at all although not one of the best out there, so I assume that even if they casted a very experienced, strong actors they will still struggle with this hollow script, at least that is what I believe.

8- The music sucked, can't remember any of the OST songs they played in any of the episodes.

9- Why did they skip the part with the super model and her new lover? I wanted to see their relationship develop in details, he treated her like a queen, was very supportive, sweet, cool, and decent overall unlike the ex, and she is among the most important characters in the drama with a good amount of screen time, so it was odd that they ignored it and they just got together suddenly out of the blue. I was way more interested in them than the main leads.
They gave so many scenes to that stupid young male model and his girlfriend, Ms. Oh and Ms. Hong, and other uninteresting and annoying characters, yet didn't bother giving screen time to Seon-ho and the new boyfriend?!

10- The damn constant mention of influencers (Whom I can't bring myself to like at all in real life), I get they are trying to make the drama trendy which makes sense, but I just hate influencers and the drama defiantly didn't help at making me dislike them any less lol

11- I also have an issue with plots when exes still interact/stay as friends when they both/one of them still got feelings. When it's one of them having feelings and try to get back/keep hitting on the other one, especially if the other dates another person. Then the other acts all wishy washy, struggle to make a decision, and give them mixed signals, instead of being like "Dude/girl, I don't view you that way anymore so you either stop it or we can't be friends anymore!". FL is an example of this.
Yeah she did tell ML she doesn't want to be with him few times, but she always seem hesitant and say stuff like "Yes, I like you" or "Remember this tie, it was our special thing blah blah" which makes the ML still has hope and insist to chase her. This bothered me, but I wouldn't cut any points from my rating for it since The Fabulous is revolved around exes getting back together, I get it, but it's not a concept that I enjoy seeing.

Wish they would make a representation of nice friendship between exes/divorced people in a drama in future, where they don't keep flirting or have romantic feelings for each other anymore. They both can be in relationships with others and support each other in a pure way.

At some point I remembered the movie The Devil Wears Prada or whatever it's name was, with the whole FL being clumsy and struggling in the fashion industry and her having to do absurd tasks to impress the top woman in said industry (AKA that Ahn woman the FL in The Fabulous idolize. That woman had a very similar personality, hairstyle, and vibe as the boss woman in Devils Wears Prada). Only difference is that in this drama the FL actually cares for and knows a lot about fashion.

Positives:
1- The friendship between the four main characters (ML, FL, Jospeh, and the Seon Ho) was surprisingly healthy and sweet, unlike the romantic relationships which were tragic.

2- Super model's friendship with ML was refreshing to see, I really hate when people make it seem as if pure, normal, and non-sexual or emotional friendship between men and women are impossible to happen, and the friendship between ML and Seon Ho is a nice representation of a healthy and pure male-female friendship. Friendship between FL and Seon Ho is also very healthy, got tired of women friendships that constantly get ruined and them stabbing each other in the back with one becoming an utter cruel bitch over some stupid guy in love triangles bullshit plots.

3- FL's grandmother was super caring and adorable, wish my grandmother was like her.

4- Joseph's mother and his assistant Esther were sweet too and the relationship and bond between the three was gold. Wish all parents were that supportive, upbeat, and chill.

5- The visuals in the drama were indeed nice (Which should happen since it's a drama about fashion lol), I loved many of the clothes, make up, hairstyles, and accessories of almost all the characters (Though the ones with the best styles were seon Ho, JD, Joseph, and FL's CEO). Even the houses/filming places decertations, and cars (Especially that pink car of Ms. Hong, I want it)...etc the cinematography was good too. The golden and brown bag in episode 4 designed by Joseph looked cool, I would wear it honestly, the black high heels of FL in episode 5 gifted to her by Nam Jin were classy, and the Audrey party themed fashion show in Episode three was a very nice idea actually.

6- The exhibition scene in ep 6 was very romantic, the ML hanging tons of pictures of FL, her grandma, and friends was quite the unique idea, that could be great for a wedding proposal scene as well. It was quite memorable, sadly it got wasted on this stupid drama with boring couple...

So after this long ass essay (I applaud anyone who actually reads it till the end) I will give the drama thanks to the positive sides I mentioned 4/10 lmao

Well that is the point of the synopsis, to know if the plot is your thing or not. If it's not my thing then there is no reason for me to waste time on it, watching many episodes waiting for the drama to get good enough for me and understand the libido bullshit, instead of watching something that I might enjoy more. If you enjoy the drama and dig the plot then that's 100% okay, but it doesn't mean everyone should agree with you, just like I'm not forcing you to agree with me.

Person Song Kang
How this dude got so many main roles in high profile drama (such as Netflix ones) remains a mystery for me...…
Okay yeah, he isn't one of the top Korean actors out there, and I will still consider him a rookie skill-wise. He done great in both Sweet Home and Navillera, and the greatest reasons why? Because the plot of both said dramas were great and his roles were written well unlike in the case of Love Alarm, Nevertheless, Forecasting Love and Weather. These three dramas were garbage, with garbage plot, script, characters...etc hence is why even if an experienced actor tried doing them, he will still struggle or seem like his acting was bad due to the already hollow and shit characters.

According to how the characters were supposed to be he actually done well enough (Especially in Nevertheless and Love Alarm), basically all three dramas got similar main male character a playboy, in Nevertheless a selfish cold emotionless one, in Love Alarm a puppy like lovesick one, Forecasting Love and Weather an immature and mischievous one.
If his company are the ones who pick acting jobs for him then I just want them to stop giving him these irritating repeatable roles, why not give him an actually decent romantic role where he isn't a toxic, creepy, or annoying character so he can actually improve his acting and have proper chemistry with female leads?! That's why he does much much better in non-romance dramas.

Both Sweet Home and Navillera had very emotional unfortunate main characters and he managed to do them properly which shows he can act and improve indeed., but so far he mostly get all these roles cause he is very good looking and by Korean beauty standards I guess he can be considered perfect, so obviously he will be so popular and fans will rush to watch anything he stars in, I hope he manages to reach a level where most people don't watch his dramas for his looks only, but also amazing acting in future. Besides he does seem passionate about acting and all judging by his effort (Like how he practiced hard to learn some ballet for his Navillera role).

That's why I hated nevertheless and gave it shit rating, I was waiting her to finally realize that he is not worth, especially since she was also in a toxic relationship before so I wanted some character development, not glorifying toxicity instead, but yes he done great at playing the role, I actually like Song Kang, but in that drama I hated his character so much I wanted to slap him at some point lmao

I agree that he played that role well, got no issue with his acting personally, but I hate the character and the drama itself which both aren't his fault.

Okay so:1- I can't bring myself to ship the two leads at all. I love Jaehyun, he did great job, especially since…
100% agree! I hated the last episodes of summer strike which is why I gave it a very low rating (That and honestly the drama was overall boring to me). The way they caught the criminals and the whole crap they done in the last two episodes, switching it from a slice of life/romance to thriller/crime was just kinda stupid to me, and the way they handled the whole case was indeed wrong, so basically they left the watchers with a very bad taste knowing the ML now has to deal with the fact he locked his father in prison for murdering his own daughter wrongfully, leading his mother to die...etc which is even way more traumatizing and darker than him blaming himself for his sister's death or whatever his issue was at first.

And then they give us last scenes with him walking around smiling, and having fun normally after figuring all that out...really?! Everyone's problems were just solved easily, and also the issues with the teen couples were kinda dumb to me. They tried so hard to create as much possible drama, even if it doesn't make sense or too dark for this genre.

Like you said the new trend of having only 8-12 episodes Kdrama was a great idea, cause most of older dramas with 16+ episodes used to drag to death and end up in absolute chaos after episode 8.

Shooting stars just dragged for 16 episodes with no actual plot, they gave too much attention to many characters, the leads part was just a mess, and ending was just truly bad. They could wrap up the whole plot in like 4 or 5 episodes only to save everyone's time honestly. Just like the Link: Love, Eat... or whatever that drama's title was with Yoo Jin Goo and Moon Ga Young. It had same issue of shooting stars, although the plot was a bit better and more interesting.

To answer your question in the 4th paragraph about the Jin mother: The Jin mother actually never knew that BuYeon's…
Yeah but she still did many bad things, forcibly using the ice stone to revive her dead baby which now created tons of issues, telling mister Lee to mess with her daughter's body, treating her younger daughter like shit, even being cruel to UK who is the same age as her daughter for stupid reasons honestly, her biggest drive in life is her pride and being stuck up trying so hard to act all controlling over everyone.

Even if her daughter's body doesn't have it's original owner's soul and has Naksu's soul instead, that's not an excuse for her to be that cruel to her body and torture her. Naksu allowed her daughter's body to stay alive and she forgot her memories anyway.

She is just a crazy overly prideful, selfish, and hateful woman.

Agreed with almost all your thoughts, but not the Queen being a victim and the bit about mama Jin knowing her…
Oh, didn't know the queen's part, thanks for explaining it.
Also it doesn't make Jin any less awful mother just like you said, she still was cold and cruel to her younger daughter and also lead to all this mess by messing with the ice stone to keep her baby alive thing.

Also if Jin Mu tricked the queen, how come she still allows him to exist and stay by her son's side instead of cutting his neck?! I do remember when they exposed the whole thing in season 1, so it's quite the big plot hole for me that Jin Mu still staying alive and keeping his job till this day lmao I don't know the plot is a bit messy to me in this season, or maybe I don't 100% remember everything in season 1. Or they are keeping him cause he knows about the king's star thing? But it seems like only crown prince knows about it while his parents don't.
