And from what I've seen, forensics have shown that what the youtuber put out was fabricated (not that the picture are fake) but that the picture were not taken during the time the youtuber claimed them to have been taken.

The thing is that there been ''concrete'' thing from his side. When the family released picture, KSH side use metadate to prove that those picture were taken after she was an adult and confirming that they had a relationship. While the side of the parent have said in interview while showing a rumors text that it was not the original and when a reporter ask them if they could prove it was true, they said they didn't have to prove anything.

And what about the family? Who were showing a copy of a supposed letter and were ask if they could prove it was real and respond with "with don't have to prove it"?

But the thing in all this is that it was proven by friends and her ex-boyfriend (who shown text and picture) that the real responsable for what had happen is her husband.

Like i said, it's innocent until proven guilty, and for me KSH is innocent and only guilty of having lied of dating, but they were adult and honestly it's there life, they don't own us. Well even if he would have said something, it was already too late because in the eyes of many who forget tthe concept of "innocent until proven guilty" he was already guilty, even if the proof and evidence have been debunk and only prove they dated, but once she was an adult, but still people don't believe it.

Like you said, the family is most likely after the money, because when th evidence start getting debunk and out of date -as to the fact that they were from after she became an adult- they distance themselves from Garo.

If their evidence were true, they would have them analyze with metadata and wouldn't say thing like "we don't have the original with us it's at home" or when ask if they can prove it's true "no we don't have to prove anything" yes, you accused someone, you have to prove it.

And why refuse an autopsy? Something is fishy here. And it's not KSH, because for me, it's innocent until proven guilty. To many people have ended like KSR for rumors that have turned false later and that shouldn't happen.

For now, in my eyes the party who seem guilty of something is KSR parent and Garo, but again, if more evidence come and change thing, my opinion may change, so i will wait since I'm not a judge or jury.
