And from what I've seen, forensics have shown that what the youtuber put out was fabricated (not that the picture are fake) but that the picture were not taken during the time the youtuber claimed them to have been taken.

The thing is that there been ''concrete'' thing from his side. When the family released picture, KSH side use metadate to prove that those picture were taken after she was an adult and confirming that they had a relationship. While the side of the parent have said in interview while showing a rumors text that it was not the original and when a reporter ask them if they could prove it was true, they said they didn't have to prove anything.

And what about the family? Who were showing a copy of a supposed letter and were ask if they could prove it was real and respond with "with don't have to prove it"?

But the thing in all this is that it was proven by friends and her ex-boyfriend (who shown text and picture) that the real responsable for what had happen is her husband.

Well even if he would have said something, it was already too late because in the eyes of many who forget tthe concept of "innocent until proven guilty" he was already guilty, even if the proof and evidence have been debunk and only prove they dated, but once she was an adult, but still people don't believe it.
