Now that the cat's out of the box I hope they wouldn't reveal MDH's loyalties so soon as well. They need an inside man now more than before to tell them what the 7 will be doing.
Judge Song. I don’t like it when main characters to get killed off by stray bullets. I don’t mind that he…
I geussed that would be him. I feel the same about random shots killing MCs ( remember how FL died in Luoyang?)
On the other hand, in this case I think his death at that point was necessary, because there should be a person close to Sengeng dying in a trap he laid because of his blind quest to avenge his good-for-nothing master so he could see the consequences of his lapse in judgement, and how naive he had been to think the murderer would come and kill M. Wei nicely then leaves without harming a hair on the others' heads. He didn't have that much of a deep connection to his brothers or Captain Xia so Song was kind of necessary. (Maybe they should've killed off Shicong?🤔😭)
It's too early for it but considering ML's after his uncle's title and FL is going to be after her and her father's revenge from her mom and co., do you think there's chance of it being a "contract marriage then fall in love" trope? Her daughter is listed as being her husbands' so there's going to a time skip at some point.
Se Ran ignited repeating a word game by saying "My archenemy who killed my father" four times? in ep.2 . Wonder how many more time she's going to repeat it until the truth would come out.
It seems there's going to be one of my disliked female villains here. The loser kinds who blame everything, on a person who may or may not be responsible for some of their misfortune but not all.
I prefer when they start as children so Im kind of disappointed it was too short this time
I expected them to drag childhood for 20 eps. it was a surprise they skipped it quickly. Of course normally there are something fishy in the past so they drag it but except FLs, other leads didn't have any common history. Although I'd like to know if FL remembers Se Ran was her friend and her mother sold her or not.
May I ask what do you like about childhood arc? I'm not a fan of childhood meetings/sweethearts so that's a large factor of my own dislike for them.
I must say I'm happy they didn't duel in the childhood or teenage years. One of my problems with Makjangs is that they sometimes start from when the leads are conceived and by the time they'd reach the time the opening scene happened (drowning here), I've long lost my interest. 🤦🏻♀️
P.S: And no, to me he's not hot at all. 🤷🏻♀️
