Are you the one is a bit slow yes but I enjoy it. It does take quite a while before the secrets start to unravel.
I like Romance in the house, it's not that serious so if you are looking for something lighthearted it's nice.

Tencent usually take around 1-2 weeks before they air short dramas internationally. Kukan drama channel on youtube have been posting two trailers so I am thinking they will air it as well soon. But so far its not out and subbed.

well tbh if you want something like till the end of the moon I wouldn't really recommend short dramas. Hard to find is however a shorter drama with episodes around 22 min, that has managed to get a rather nice enough score on douban 6.7 which is good for a small production.

Well this one was announced one week earlier, and the tencent one announced their premier 2-3 days before broadcast.

It depends on their company and what other roles they can get. Some might prefer being leads in a small drama, rather then having a small role in a large scale drama. And some hope they can be recognised through small dramas I would guess.

Yes it is 👍 I am a bit disappointed in the ladies in the Division team they work in though. At first I was like, oh nice so many ladies for a change, but they aren't very professional when it comes to the ml at first 🙃
