There will be some romance, but not a lot, since it's a prequel series to The Blood of Youth. We meet a lot of future parents for main leads in TBOY in this drama, so there will be a little romance. But the biggest focus will be on the young people learning and growing together.

I can't tell who they are unfortunately since I usually check dramawiki but they aren't listed. You can tell she is dubbed though based on interviews and other dramas where she dubs herself.
